Nobody asked for cloud streaming. I’m sticking to msfs2020 for a long time. 2024 has to prove to me that it can be a good sim. As of new, it’s just disappointment after disappointment
happy that you bring this up, we really need to put pressure on MS to stop this madness. Related to this, and why I actually feel really thoroughly cheated: they promised working AI traffic baed on Flightradar 24. Well. I can see that the injection takes place but the aircraft have no liveries!!! I am taxying around an airport with lots of default airbus and boeing liveries, but where are the airlines? Even in the starting video, you can see clearly an airport with United and KLM liveries.... Well...for me that looks like a deliberate attempt to make us believe that the traffic would be realistic and its not even close to it. And once again, volunteer groups like FSLTL, which got this working in MS2020 can't access the AI planes (because they are locked and streamed). So for me, this is not even close to the product I was looking forward too. Its going to be a money making machine based on X-box kids who like to do challenges.
Its my understanding that Default and Marketplace aircraft originally purchased through the Marketplace will be able to be downloaded. Access to the Marketplace in 2024 for removed just before the official launch. I think they discovered an issue but did not want to delay the launch date. Its a pain as you also cannot uninstall hand crafted airports which is needed to do if you have 3rd party versions
How can they when the plane is actually streamed as well? there's no paintkit out either yet.. also, most people can't even load the sim, what the point? also its so buggy not even worth the effort at the moment.
I set up real time AI air traffic at Heathrow expecting to see a panoply of airline liveries, including national carriers and their flags and designs...boy was I disappointed. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, there's so much wrong with the release it's hard to know whether its you or them.
That is surprising considering that PMDG themselves has said that the 737-800 isn't yet compatible with msfs2024. If it does work in 2024, than the liveries should work fine as well because it is downloaded rather than streamed since it is a 3rd party aircraft. My complaint in this video is regarding the default aircraft in MSFS2024
Releasing an incredibly buggy and unfinished game that costs $70 minimum when you are a trillion dollar company and a AAA game studio is completely unacceptable
They're put them on the marketplace as a package eventually and charge us the Earth
I really hope eventually they'll allow liveries to be added and modded. This will disrupt the flightsim community.
What totally annoys me is total absence of any liveries and painting options for planes owned in career.

it's annoying af, the stock liveries for the 737 max is terrible. Can't wait for the ifly to be compatible with 2024

I’m planning to get 2024 for Christmas but idk now. Not being able to fly any livery I want kinda sucks.

I think when the marketplace is up you will have the option to download them. Then the community can make liveries.
This.
But logic isn't for everyone.
@@beardedlonewolf7695I don’t think the sim should have launched unfinished in the first place
@@CaptainMuffin People will defend shitty businesses to death.
I would ask this of anyone who likes flying, has it become too technically complicated. Realism is one thing, making it work properly is another.
I was already annoyed with textures not loading in … this just adds insult to injury.

We don’t even get a plain white max nor options for liveries
Please look in the liviery menu. There is allready a button to by liveries.
@@christianpankratz I don’t want to pay for liveries when there are already thousands of free ones that the community has made
Pushes the list of stuff to be dealt with and asks you to add liveries
You serious guys ? I even have my pmdg 737-800 working and i do have my liveries. All the once i have from 747 737 a320 a310 works perfectly

nobody is talking about????? there's even a petition in the MSFS forum for this....
It isn’t being talked about on UA-cam, and I talked about and included the link for the petition in the video description
I got the2020 version, it does have the livery’s
hes talking about 2024 lol wake up
nobody is talking about because no one is playing serius this trash
You can simply say you don't have the money it's fine, everyone's been poor once.
@@beardedlonewolf7695 I use it cracked, it's total crap and doesn't deserve 1 dollar
i said it ages ago 2024 this the down fall of flight sim forever it will only get worse
They haveliverys
It's a minor problem that will be easily fixed. Everybody stop whining and take a breath. MSFS2020 was buggy as hell when it was released.

It wasn’t as buggy as this iteration…
They want us to pay for them 🫥🙄
