We wonder why we get teachers like this when teachers are being put under more and more pressure. The ones who sometimes care the most are the ones who leave because they care so much but can't bear the pressure. It's the government's job to make teaching a career that's at least viable without leaving the career 5 years in due to immeasurable stress and suicidal depression.

I’m 26, but when I was at school and we were caught smoking, the teachers would turn a blind eye as long as we weren’t smoking near the younger kids. It was just easier to let us smoke, as generally we were nice kids who’d never cause drama.
@@BethyCaraBethy aye the younger kids shouldn't have their lungs polluted by us, the teachers can relate to wanting some stress relief
We have a teacher exactly like him who everyone complains about and doesn't like, but she's honestly the NICEST person I know
courtney has no personality, you can just tell there’s nothing going on in her head lol
What a boss teacher you dozy sods Cant you see how much he cares
That’s what suffering from depression can do. You can just feel like a shell.
A proper teacher. One who cares enough not to care if he's liked, he will be the teacher everyone will remember in 30 40 years time. I had a few of those.
