I noticed it when you were selling nightclub in the video, I had to google what percentage is and then apply acquired knowledge to check if I was right - initial value was 1258500, subtracting Tony’s cut you get 1158500; you got a payout of 1737750, which equals to 1158500*1,5

Tony’s cut is always 10% of the total invoice of whatever you fully (or partially) successfully sell. This is limited to a maximum of $100000.
is it based on the sale before or after the high demand bonus is calculated. If before is the high demand bonus calculated with or without Tony's cut.
@@flamethrower1273 the high demand bonus is calculated and applied to the amount AFTER Tony takes his cut.
To recuperate the amount that is taken, you need to sell in a public lobby with at least 6 rival players. Originally it was 12 players with the 1% per player HDB; but now that it’s a 2% per person HDB, you need less other players.
The player bonus per player in a public lobby is now 2% instead of 1% so the if you have like a 500,000 dollar sale, and you sell in a full lobby you can get half of what your product cost added to it.

I had 360 crates and was raided, almost survived the 3 waves i thought I killed everyone 🥲🥲thts when I realised one of the agent wasn't killed properly and I was 1hp tht mf'er shot me with shotgun and I lost all my crates 🤦

The Nightclub is MASSIVELY OP Now! I check back Every other day ($100K in the Safe) and one of the easy promotion mission will automatically appear. I do that mission, and 3-5 minutes later I am back at 100% Popularity. This is literally the easiest way to get $50k per day.
not to mention the in between quick missions like kicking out people or taking vip to their home is a cool quick mission to regain popularity ; which is quicker than doing actual club management missions
because i does be afk a lot of times , getting a quick 250k passive income is nice
nice to see you can source nightclub goods , which can even stock up on the type of goods for business you don't have.... like document forgery lol
Just pay 10k to change your dj and your popularity will go up

This is now way better than anything these new missions are so good and last for so long. The safe money never offset the crates but now I’ve made one or 2 mil more than the crates.
Just a little pointer, for the active MC business bonus you don't actually need to have stock in the business just make sure it's active, I just checked and still have the bonus but no stock in MC business
The mule and pounder specifically have made me millions in the 2 weeks I have owned them. Worth every Penny, and what’s best, you can call all three out for use on the streets unlike the CEO delivery vehicles that you are asked to upgrade.

theres a glitch where if u leave the nightclub fast and call yohan and spam x u can replay the missions over and over and fill up hella fast

I always max out the popularity of my nightclub. Good way to gain passive income while I'm doing other business resupplying. I can Resupply 2 business to max on these 2 days GTA time and back to promoting my nightclub. New random task added now makes my promoting time shorter, so I can do silly things in GTA or heist setups.

Spend your money wisely
Entering the nightclub in passive mode will guarantee that you always have blue dot and not the blue person task. This works every time.
I’ve been going back and fourth between making money at nightclub and auto shop to make money and it’s a full grind.

The bonus is 2.5%, you only need 20 other people in the session to get the maximum 50%

Skip the Mule! If your sale doesn't fit into the Speedo, it will fit into the Pounder, which is a much better vehicle than the Mule.
@Bald_Razor avoid low bridges. It's literally driving a slightly different route in massively better vehicle. Also it is by no means a "small" amount of crates. You do the exact same sell missions with any number of crates as soon as they are in the vehicle.

The guy clearly has a different attitude to the game nowadays, before he took a break from gta he was grinding free roam businesses only, so he’s used to selling and helping others, didn’t do anything wrong, no glitches or griefing. Also just wanted to mention, the high demand bonus maxes out when the player count reaches 25, so you can’t get more than 50% bonus

Buying document forgery and weed is actually worth it for the nightclub because some product will fill up faster than others and in the downtime you can switch the technicians to weed and forged docs
You couldn't be any more wrong. Did you not watch the video properly? Not see the graphs I put up explaining exactly why Weed and Doc. Forgery is a waste of time and money? Not see the bit about selling when Southern Imports is maxed out as you earn the most from it? You'd rather get $17,000 every 2 hours from Weed and Doc Forgery rather than $54,000 every 2 hours from coke, Cash, Meth, as that's what you'd make if you sold when I said. K.

Here’s a great strategy for selling a full nightclub, with only changing 1 worker. Have him source Cash first, when your Coke and Meth are full, just sell those individually. When the Cash is full, switch him to Weed. Sell your Coke then Meth again, and switch to Docs once the Weed is full. Then simply wait until all goods are full.
That's a terrible way to do it as you ultimately lose making more money, as explained in the video you just watched.
@@BeatsDownGaming it’s the best way if you choose to sell a FULL nightclub. Otherwise, I agree and usually sell once the Coke is full.
FYI, don’t buy the mule custom or Speedo custom. Just buy the pownder custom. The game will allow you to always use the beast of a truck no matter the size of sale.

@@BeatsDownGaming doc forg has made me about 10mil so far through my night club, I sell at around 1.3mil, so my weed and doc forg do make money for me, not a bad return on a small investment
@@raffaballzz The Doc Forgery hasn't made you $10m though as you've been selling it alongside other things. Doc Forgery in Nightclub sells for a total of $60,000 and takes 15 hours to fill up. That means it would take you 167 selling missions and a total of 2,505 hours to make $10m from it 🤣
Running Doc Forgery as an Mc Business makes you just $67,500 profit if you buy supplies. Takes 3 hours to fill up and then maybe 10 mi s for each sale if you have helpers. $10,000,000 ÷ $67,500 = over 148 selling missions. You're either talking out of your arse or have just wasted god know how many hours on this rubbish.
@@BeatsDownGaming I've done over 140 sell mission and I almost always let doc forg fill up, so you do the math, should be right around 10mil I believe, especially with the public lobby bonuses (I never sold In solo public lobbies), I was always doing nightclub afk before lol, I get that you think it's worthless, but it's still made me a pretty nice profit
I wish raids on mc businesses removed so I can have full stocks for more money in nightclub.
My nightclub has been raided 3 times in last 2 weeks. 1 saved, 2 Wiped out, were at less than 50%. MC biz raided back to back, had to restart 2. Warehouse raided twice, but saved it.

You don't actually need to buy the Mule custom, everything above 89 just gets thrown into the Pounder without the Mule

To break it down in terms of viability:
NC popularity is much better for new players now. Combined with Headhunter etc, they can use it to stack up some good amount cash to get the expensive S and A tier Businesses.
But for guys who can do Cayo and Casino Heists, NC, Warehouse and Bunker sales and Cellphone hits its still a skip. Time-effort-payout comparison wise it falls off alot to them.
Not really. Either pay 10k whilst at the club or if you're lucky kick someone out and get 10k für ~145-200k without doing anything else while doing anything else definately stacks up. I've bought the nightclub 5 days ago and ran it semi-passive and gained ~3.5m by doing a handfull of jobs

I just use the goods duplication on bunker, coke and meth, dont see the point of the nightclub rep nonsense. Not much changed really, just slight payout improvements, night club was always good for once you have 2-3 businesses.
