East Africans are not Israelites. You're from the lineage of Ham, one of Noah's sons. Your lineage includes Ancient Egyptians, Sudanese and Ethiopians. Israelites (Abraham's line) are from the lineage of Shem also Noah's son. The rulers of Ancient Egypt (Pharaohs) most likely included bloodline from what's now called Kenya all the way down to South Africa.
That's why the remaining 10 tribes of Israel migrated South West ( West and Central Africa) the second time around after breaking the covenant. All prophecies about the messiah, the son of David are pointing at the end times. All of those prophecies tell what the messiah is going to do. I don't know whether the Bantu are Israelites or not but, there's a small, scarcely known Bantu tribe in Kenya that still goes by the name "house of David", (b'ar Daw'ida/Dab'ida). Their clans (mbari) bear the prefix b'en(i) when being referred to for example b'en Tama, b'en (M)njama, b'en Ndau(Dan?). B'en(i) meaning "children of" while (M) refers to "one from"(a place or tribe). Interestingly, the word "Njama" means a (secret) plot. B'en Mnjama (sounding like Benjamin), would thus mean "those who were part of a plot or whose ancestor was part of one". Also there's the word mlaw'i/mlag'ui (diviner, priest, foreteller) from the verb law'ua/lag'ua, which means to divine or fortell. And from the verb comes the native names of Mlaw'ui/Mlag'ui/Mlew'a, which sound similar to Levi. The letter w' is interchangeable with b' and v in different instances. In Daw'ida,"Kaba" means "beat" of "fight" and could have meaning in Jacob who fought the angel just as Daw'ida word "seka" meaning "laughter" has meaning in Isaac. Other Jewish words like "Samekha" which is ordination to enable grafting into the house of God bears resemblance to "Shamisha" which means "circumcise" a tradition practiced by the b'ar Daw'ida and other Bantu tribes in Kenya. Another word "Taberah" a place where the Israelites came to and the anger of God burned against rebellion sound like the native word for "it's burning" which is "(t)chab'ea/yab'eya. The staff (rod) had spiritual significance and also a symbol of authority. B'ar Daw'ida call it mzatta ( Matta in Hebrew). Punishment for crime (theft, witchcraft etc)was carried on top a hilly rocks which were also known as a place where skulls of the dead were placed. These were called w'angoma and sound similar to Golgotha. B'ar Daw'ida recount of some members of the communities who went around farms collecting food for themselves. Everyone complied to give them food and they would speak blessings on the community which resulted in abundant harvest in their farms. Refusing them food would result in a curse and poor crop. The b'ar Daw'ida would also leave foodstuffs while coming from harvesting, or offerings in special places called "fighi" for widowed and orphaned members of society and in return their crops would flourish. No other members of society were allowed to collect these. Farmland was left fallow after a period of farming to allow it regain fruitfulness and ancestral land could never be sold. Any hungry traveller could eat from any farm but wasn't allowed to carry anything away, otherwise a curse would follow them. The farm owner wasn't allowed to complain about this because then the farm crops or tree would wither. Family heads would set up stone altars (mavingo) to mark their territory and also as places of worship for their families just like Abraham and Jacob did. They believe in one God and venerate their ancestors. A Daw'ida would never be buried or circumcised outside his homeland/ancestral land. They had to be brought back home.These are just a few of some similarities they have with the Israelite. B'ar Daw'ida may have preserved some of their culture because they are a small tribe in Kenya and live high up in the cold Daw'ida hills and a little suspicious of strangers and removed from other lowland tribes. Apart from farming, they are known to have been very good with bows/ arrows and slings in hunting, which are used to this day. One particular thing I learnt that I also recently by chance discovered to be in the Talmud is the practice of tying people up during raids, instead of killing them in times of hunger. If they were lucky someone would come by and untie them. In the Talmud, this was done so that one would not be guilty of directly killing the person. Not pleasant but yeah! It's what it was. Release from incurred curses was done by washing the person in the blood of blemishless sheep. Goats were also used as sacrifice for wrong doing. From their narrations, what I believe were angels were a known phenomenon. Today, about 95% of them are Christians and only the aged have recollection of their past, though not as Israelites. The younger generation might not know much. I also think that the Levites may have accompanied each group of Israelites if only to keep their beliefs alive as much as possible. There's so much more about them that's remarkable. One thing that makes the Bantu and Mt. Zion(Mt. Kenya) argument plausible is that the region is prone to volcanic activity so the Israelites would experience the "fire of God" and a sinking of land in their lifetime. Modern Israel has no rift valley for such events as they travelled. Is it possible that the pillars of smoke and fire that led the Israelites were a result of this?

Shalom sister. I am from the Nguni clan. I live in South Africa. As Nguni or Ngoni we are from the tribe of Naphtali. We know this because our father, Nguni derives his name from the second son of Naphtali, his name was Guni.
However, I had a vision, long before I knew that I was a descendant of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and long before I knew that the Nguni are descendants of Naphali. I had a vision that I am a Lawi or Levite from the lineage of Moses. If the vision is true it will makes sense because Levites were distributed among all tribes, therefore, it could well be that my lineage of Levites is among the Nguni people.

I didn't quite believe I was of any of the 12 tribes but someone suggested i pray and fast about it. So i did and asked The Father to make it so simple even a child would understand as i was knew to everything even the bible which i led by the spirit decided to read it for myself from beguining to end. Months after as i red the name of the tribe Asher i heard His audible voice " That's the one " i immediately knew what HE meant by His spirit . So that's my tribe. Born in Anguola from the Northern Tribe of Asher.
Recentely HE has also told me what my name is. Which eventually I'am sure He will explain more about it. To be fair i ask Him questions like that 😊 and HE often answers very clearly.
