The God of the Old Testament is a God of love mercy grace patience longsuffering goodness, holy and yes justice. If He weren't just He wouldn't be God.
Apparently, the Jewish new year isn't in march/april (it sometimes is, but not every year) it changes every year, our calendar must not have the same amount of days as theirs...
Good Evening, this sermon was helpful. But, I am not understanding one part. Is God asking the children of Israel to sacrifice their son, as in kill them? Please explain if you don't mind.
@OliviaWilliams-oy4ih In 13:13 the explanation is given that each of the firstborn were to be 'redeemed' which meant to be exchanged with a sacrificial animal. The sons were not to be killed.

Not only do people like me not catch every video but you are also missing out on spreading the message to many other people who only use rumble. Soon I will not use youtube at all. I would like to still be able to watch your videos on the platform I do use
I love your preaching. However, because ritual is meaningless to you it does not mean it is meaningless to others. Every meal we eat is a ritual . I converted to Catholicism and have found the same meaning that you have found in your most excellent exegis of the Bible. I thank you. Happy Easter.
He isn't talking about nightly dinner at five or a shower before bed rituals. He's talking about empty religious rituals...maybe like Catholics ritually pray TO humans and ask humans to forgive their sins...pretty empty rituals since God and Jesus arent in the equation. Gotta check the diff between religion and the Bible.
