Blue Archive (Global ver.) has been censoring intimate lines for quite a while; the Mutsuki Christmas present line, Sensei referring to Mika as their "princess," A loading screen with Tsurugi saying that she wants to "get closer to Sensei" (or something to that effect), Swimsuit Koharu's "Lewd DEATH PENALTY!" lobby line is not translated, and even Shigure being gay for Nodoka at one point. Some of these have been fixed, but it still bothers me that a 17+ game censored such tame content.

I've seen enough overly localized fansubs and scanlations to know that won't change anything.
Yeah. Well the lack of them is why i started learning Japanese. Fansubs worked on games of the past because the dialogue was manageable for a small dedicated team or even one person. But games like Xenoblade 1 or the followups? There is simply too much text to handle for a non-commercial team. However, it appears even the professional localizers use auto-generated translation first, then fix it up afterwards. As AI gets better at Jap->Eng this should become a manageable obstacle.
Remember this often happens because someone mass reported harmless posts.

The lines in regards to Blue Archive are interesting. Like none of what we were shown are changes on the level of those infamous Dragon Maid lines, but some of the smallest things can matter. Cause I wouldn't so much say that the lines are "changed" just "missing" instead, reason being that by adding a line for each would make the English lines pretty much the same. It's not as if you need to drastically change things to be an accurate translation.

Sadly localization issues have been appearant in Blue Archive for sometime. You can find previous examples from Mutsuki's birthday(or new years) speech where they removed her "teasing" lines in the EN translation.

I always find it funny people have genuine issues with fanservice in games. No game is designed to be universally loved by everyone. Games like Azur Lane cater toward fan service because a good majority of the fanbase plays for that reason and there is nothing wrong with it. No one is forcing you to play the game yet people have a big issue with harmless games like this existing.

I think this has less to do with Elon and more with the mods that he put in charge. After he took over everything was fine at first until he put that woman in charge of everything and hired back some of the people he fired and then it all slowly started to go back downhill. But this is a little egregious so either the mods are showing their bias or someone have been mass reporting anime pics to the point where it started affecting these posts.
Either way, antis seriously ruin every damn thing. And still do nothing about real life people getting harmed. But they do everything in their power to the heard attention away from the actual criminals.

Seems like why the mass reports happening may be due to the nationality.
Having seen how new bot farms are made, it's looking like fighting bots will be a continuous uphill battle. It's not just like the countermeasures will forever work and people can find a miraculous method that can be applied site wide to stop all botting. We're basically seeing an arms race constantly escalating.

the problem is with JP twitter, the EN account don't have censorship on any post, something that is really weird, since normally JP side is the one on no censorship on things, specially anime "TITles"
