I went through this, thought I was dying. I went to many medical professionals and naturopathic therapy. They all said it was stress. I figured it out on my own through UA-cam of all things. What the hell is wrong with our medical system. Through your channel, Dr Berg and Elliot Overton I figured out how I got there and my way back to health. Truly terrifying two years.

    • @sawdustadikt979
      @sawdustadikt979 Місяць тому +3

@@key2lyfe it was a combination of things. I had a h-pylori infection since I was little, ruined my digestion so poor absorption of nutrients and leaky gut causing constant, wide spread inflammation. As well as I have Lyme disease, that went right into my nervous system. You add life kicking your ass for a few years, you chew through your b1 faster than you can replace it. I now take 350mg of b1 twice a day, with a host of other things to keep the neuro inflammation in check as well as a meat, leaves and fruit diet with rigorous exercise.

I just came across the information that I have been chronically low on thiamine for decades. My health has crashed the last year, and it's all linked to thiamine deficiency. It wasnt a Dr who diagnosed me, it was doing my own research so it's because of people like this man that people are going to turn their entire life around. Incredibly important information

My boyfriend’s 89 year old father does not take any medication! He fell and broke his hip 3 weeks ago because a neighbor puppy knocked him off his feet as he got caught in the leash of his own dog. 3 weeks and he is walking up and down his steps.
Until he fell he went to his own business everyday! Including Sundays. Nothing is going to keep this man down.
I think we are all B1 deficient no doubt!
Thank you for making us aware!

I understand. My whole adult life has been living with and friends and even many coworkers that have various special needs. Some disabled, or ADHD, or sight impaired, or autism or aspergers, or various emotional handicaps. Life is hard and not fair but our Lord God has promised to provide and hold us in his hands. He has been faithful. At night often with only five hours of sleep happening I close my eyes and lift my burdens up to Him and quietly bleed the Precious blood of Christ and give my body, mind, soul and spirit to Him. He has never failed to renew me and strengthen me. I pray He does for you. ❤🙏

I'm wondering how many hours it would take to have coffee or alcohol be out of your system so you can take B1 and it not be inhibited? Like if I had 4 Cups Coffee (no sugar) at 5am, at what time could I take B1 without it affecting absorption? Is it specific to the vitamin/mineral or an approximate amount of time to be out of the system?

@@c4caffeen134 the caffeine specifically is one the factors ...half life of caffeine is like 12 hours or something...so a significant amount of caffeine is still in your body from one day to the next...
So it would seem that you are persistently lowering your B-1 ... I would guess that you should be taking B1 throughout the day at least one with every meal, etc ..
Also, if you use the Thiamine mononitrate or Thiamine HCL you are only absorbing approximately 4 to 6 %
My solution: give up coffee and start taking Benfotamine and TTFD /THIAMAX
      AI Overview:
The half-life of caffeine, or the time it takes for the body to eliminate half of the caffeine, varies between people and can depend on several factors:
Healthy adults: The half-life is usually around 5 to 6 hours.
Pregnancy: The half-life can increase by up to 15 hours.
Smoking: Heavy cigarette smoking can reduce the half-life by up to half.
Liver health: Compromised liver function can lead to prolonged half-lives.
Age: Age can affect the half-life.
Body weight: Body weight can affect the half-life.
Medication intake: Medication intake can affect the half-life.
Caffeine can remain in the body for much longer than its half-life, and can disrupt sleep patterns even after the noticeable effects have worn off. People who are sensitive to caffeine may feel symptoms for several hours or even a few days after consumption.
