Great video! This is very simple even with the color change. Just a tip for everyone...for color 2(the blue in the video) you could use a #5 or #6 bulky yarn, instead of using a double strand. Also for the body of the mitts(before the flat panel knitting) do not alternate between e-wrap knit and purl for 12 rows, that is not a garter stitch. If you want that same stitch every row, you must purl each row of the 12 rows required(the body of the mitt). You are working in the round , that's why. I realized this for some odd reason after a couple rows. I have knitted before, I should know better. I do like these mitts, I made a cowl 2 years ago and wanted to use the left-over yarn for a pair of fingerless mitts to match, but wanted a simple pattern. This was perfect. Thanx for the fun easy video.
I really love these hand warmers. I am new to looming but I did notice that she made a mistake in the directions. When the time comes to 7:57 she gives instructions to turn the opposite way 6 rows. What you actually need to do is the Garter stitch each way for the 6 rows stopping at the opening or beginning peg where there is already a small opening that was started. So when you get there go the opposite way with the purl stitch. Then back again with the e-wrap/knit. until you total 6 rows in all. You should finish with the purl on the last peg(left side). Then the next instruction is to continue the stitches (moving on to the right). Her slow motion was amazing and very easy to follow. I wish she had did this through the whole video because I had to tear mine apart and start over. I am a newbie so it was tough to figure it out. I haven't got to color change yet so I can't help you there yet.
Kelly Fines @6:17 in the video, notice she switches directions between the peg directly behind the anchor and the one to the right. She never puts a knit between them for six rows, that’s where the thumb appears! :)

Can you do these on a long loom
Could you also use a 36 peg to make these the loom is the size of 5 1/2" 13.9 cm
Do you have a pattern for a matching hat?
Both hard but simple? I never understand crochet or knitting...
Nice
Thanks!
Why some how ; the men is forgotten in submit? thank you too much.
She is way to fast and she never mentions when it’s time for the thumb.
You can slow the video
I've watched it three times and still can't figure out where the thumb comes in :(
