A year ago I brought fingerless gloves at a online store. Then not to long ago some of the yarn got undone. Pity because it actually helped me not bite my nails. In a couple months Im going on a trip and I want my nails to be perfect. So Im going to make my own now. This tutorial is so easy, its perfect! Thanks again.
I just made a glove (gonna start the other one tomorrow) and I am so proud of it!! Ur instructions were so easy to understand, and I had a lot of fun with it!! Ur app has also been very helpful, and I look forward to looking at the others :D Thnxs so much for sharing, it's so very much appreciated!!
In my first attempt, I added rows because I thought the mittens would come out too small. I accidentally broke the yarn in about 3 or 4 places. For the second attempt, I followed the instructions as best I could but the part where you make the hole for the thumb, well, the mitten came out with a bump in those middle ten rows. I used # 6 yarn. The instructions were wonderful. I could make a third mitten but for now, I’ll wait a bit. So, I’m basically saying, I know it’s something I did wrong but not sure what.
I tried making it the same loom you did but my wrist is too small. I'm going make it on a 20 peg loom. Should I cut back the amount of rounds by 1 or 2?
Will your mittens work if some pins are closer together? I got a 44 pin one that you can take pins out of. So if you take out every second one I'm left with only 22. I can put in the extra 2 but then those pins are closer together. Will that work? The loom looks the same size
I finished one glove. Great instructions but the glove is too wide for my hand. I will finish the other glove and give them to someone with wider hands.
Can I put all loops on at once or just one at the time like you show and does it have to be that same knit stitch or can I use a different stitch or a purl stitch
Question, when doing the thumb hole, and skipping the pegs and starting on the turning pegs, do you unhook those middle pegs? I just can't see how it will work
Hi there! :) There is no need to unhook them, just by working in flat panel that part, to the left and to the right instead of working in rounds, will create the "space" that you can see here: ua-cam.com/video/3mzrJfVhIOE/v-deo.htmlsi=kdaQQGKmUlX-rmnO&t=509
this hoop is far too big for my hair im using # 8 yarn and im making them for my boyfriend, i do hope they will fit him and i wish there was a way to use the same size loom but the glove would come out smaller
Can I do this project on a larger loom? I have round loom board with more than 24 pegs. Also I don't have an anchor peg. So how do I do this with the anchor peg?
Depending on the #5 yarn, but normally I would say yes. However, I would recommend you to start following the project with your yarn (just 1 strand), and then see how it comes out and decide...
4 pairs! Wow 🥰🤗 It could fit a man as well, but maybe you could use the e-wrap knit stitch (instead of the knit stitch), I think they will come out a bit wider
@@Tuteate There so easy and relaxing to make and it helps get rid of small yarn.. So i do the cuff in ewrap as well with the same amount of rows and thats the whole mitten in ewrap
Hi there! Hmmm... Have you tried wrapping-knitting the pegs one by one? I mean, sometimes we can wrap the yarn around the loom and then knit all the pegs, but this may result in tight knitting stitches. If we wrap 1 single peg, like making a "u-shape" in front of it, and knit it, and then we repeat the same on the next one, and the same on the next one,.. we have more control on the yarn tension. Hope this helps!
You are a good teacher. And the music is adorable. Thank you.
I finished one glove and used an angel hair 5 yarn, and I think it’s so nice! Knits quickly too! Thank you!
Thank you I was just looking through your videos for fingerless gloves.. I have until 12/24/21 to loom 4 pairs 💕
Wow! 4 pairs! How is it going? Have you already started them? :)
Just made a pair…great video and very easy to do…going to make a headband to match…❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for your feedback Evelyn! :)

I notice you do not use the e stitch for these. Lovely !
Thank you Cynthia :) Yes, I used the u stitch this time

Dank je wel.
you're welcome!
I have more 4 weight yarn than any other weight. Would it be OK to work with 2 strands together?

When I turn this on at first I was so confused by the music I thought it was some Freddy Krueger stuff
For a larger size glive for a man, will this pattern work on a 31 peg loom and come out as yours did. I know that i will need to measure the length
Can I put all loops on at once or just one at the time like you show and does it have to be that same knit stitch or can I use a different stitch or a purl stitch
Would this fit a childs hand or would it be too big?

Where do I find a small loom like that

Ive made 4 pairs already,is the size different to fit a man or does ot stay the same.

I keep making the yarn too tight for some reason
