José Andrés is one of the best ambassadors a country could have abroad. Good cook, good humour and a good guy. He deserves what he's achieved on the other side of the pond
¡Puxa Asturies!
There's something so adorable about the way Stephen says "No, you blew on it" at 5:25. He sounds like a younger sibling arguing with his older one
Carlota continues to slice and taste the Jamon Iberico thru the bit.
Must be 👌
It was a 5J ham... that brand and Joselito might be the best
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ESTEPHEN!? 😂
José is my favorite. 😍
“ yo eenglish eez terrrribley!
We 're from espain, nothing wrong...
Stefano
Every time I see Chef Jose, I love him more!!!! And what a gorgeous, talented, funny family he has!
Mmmmm. . . Jamón Ibérico! One of the best parts of España!
Thanks Jose for representing so well our country and gastronomy...also for your charity work and kindness
Cannot wait for the show. Have loved this family for years - Jose is a force of nature and I miss the Made In Spain show he did so many years ago.
ARROZ CON LECHE
The banter between Jose Andres and his daughters is hilarious. Great advertisement for their new show!
I love watching Chef Andres cook, or "teach" someone to cook. I'd probably have a stroke trying to learn from him though. Makes Gordon look like he's on downers 😂
I love watching Louis and the band react to the banter!!!
I love that stephen is not shy about drinking.
The girl with the red dress is me, trying to sneak a piece of ham while everyone is distracted.
I'd be over at that Iberico too
She is an ADULT.
JAMÓN IBÉRICO
Oh lord, this is AWESOME!
So much fun and love....
And sneaky slicing of the Jamón when no one is looking LOL
thats the description of every spanish christmas meeting 🤣
I absolutely love this family!
This is one of the most hilarious things I have seen in a while 🤣
Love Chef Jose!!!!!
Daughters roasting one of the best chefs live is great. And I kinda know Stephen was gonna get an earful when he said "this is kinda like brulee" 😆😆😆
@@cobra8167 Your English is very good. Mucho mejor que Steven's (? and mine, of course).
He knows how to enjoy the simple things in life.
NO!!
ARROZ CON LECHE!
🤣
Thank you for everything you do for the world. I wanted to work for you even as a volunteer.
BRAVO JOSE ANDRÉS!!!
jose andres one of the best chefs and an even better person... what he did for puerto rico and other people in need in times of emergencies says it all
Spanish ham is probably our best heritage to the world.
This man is our modern Santa
Call him King Melchor. I swear he is going to love 1000x times more ^^ (Melchor is one of the 3 Mage kings, that brings gifts to baby jesus)
Love the man and his endeavors..Feliz Navidad..
Absolutely funny, hilarious, and beautiful family. but, dang that a savage for icing their papa like that on tv tho.
You guys did not waste my time to be clear. I appreciate everything you do and did for me in 2020.
This was so fun to see. I love Chef Andres (ps. Thanks for fixing the audio) and his daughters are cool.. mm jamon iberico, I be that’s amazing
José is a saint.
A lovely family.
Estephen’s English is getting better through the video…and he’s starting to learn when food tells him to stop salting it
Es un máquina!! ❤
You can tell a Spaniard by our terrible accent, those kids may be Spanish, but sure have been raised in the US, their English is spot on
That was a great time! I think I'll watch again!
Now THAT was a perfect Christmas scene!
This was a fantastic segment Mr Stephen Colbert. I check in with you nightly. You keep Me In Good humor. Blessings to you and your family and the Andres this Christmas and always! Family, always!!
Btw: I was eating Americone dream the night that Barack Obama was elected!!

You can see that Carlotta has been waiting to carve that jamon her entire life (:
Mmm now I want Arroz con leche 🤤💕👍
Look it up on UA-cam is pretty easy to make and a delicious dessert
Beautiful lovely family😍😍
The daughter on the left in red hasn't left the jabon! She's just chowing over there!
Familia es familia no importa que pase....☺️🤗🥰
roflmao I love this man...and Stephen of course.
Carlota con el jamón 😂😂❤
La vajilla de sargadelos!!! ❤ genial!!😊
We loved crime brûlée at Bishops Lodge
Yes chef
3:29 when she looks at the camera and says that she had a ham leg instead of a pet. Pro move.
I don't think I've seen so many acute accents in one title before
REQUEMADO...not quemado...and one hour ..that is a quick version... Several hours with pure milk just from the cow.
Uh-oh. Stephen is holding a knife again...
Just came here to compliment the thumbnail. Good job, staff person!
As an Spaniard I'm very surprised of the level of Spanish of Jose's daughter, it's amazing.
Are you being sarcastic?
@@JamieZarrr No, As an Spaniard I'm really surprised.
@@raidensergi2378 Are you surprised because José's daughter speaks good Spanish? You shouldn't be!
@@JamieZarrr Well, because I thought that daughters Will speak lonely english and maybe "latín American Spanish" that teach in American Schools. Jose Andrés has done a good job to teach daughters Spain Culture and the Castilian Spanish.
@@raidensergi2378 take into account that you acquire the accent from your parents, not from the Spanish lesson at school. A different story is if they lived in Latin America. There they could probably jump from one accent to the other. Regarding their English, notice that José's daughters speak American English. In other words, the influence of just some Spanish lessons is not big, but the country you live in is.
Este cocinero Español es un Ckak.¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ This Spanish cook is a Crack.¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
"Don't call them brulee, call them Cambridge burnt cream" - Marco Pierre White
Mejor llámalo “crema catalana”
8:24 that itself is a book to write, the girls should be on it
During spirit cooking there was a prosciutto recipe.
Arroz con leche ESTEVEN !
I take my eggs with ice cream!
Nice
Smthg about the olive oil and what temp you cook it at.
❤
That lady got me on AOL and got mad for taking her pie piece. She was sort of a hippie but had cool kids.
Stephen did a good job
I loved that Stephen just went for the ham. Kinda ruined the presentation, but it made it seem tempting.
That's very typical American
Why no Friday show, I NEED LSSC
The BEST ham, is other level the ibérico
Must be a great life ...
I’m a sucker for ciopinno. Ask Kevin Redden.
¿Creéis que está encocado?
Flan is good too
hysterical
Actually, he's conducting them Stephen.😉

ARROZ CON LECHE RE-QUE-MAU
I thought my nurse at St. Vincent’s name was Chef Andre I think. He thought I had my tubes tied.
Not true.
Who’s Josè???? Stephen???? Or Josè???? 😂😂😂😂 Mormons!
Hey Late Show - Your missing your opportunity to sell IS POTATO swag by not including the link in the show notes...
So.. my pre Xmas diet can be shuffled post Xmas, I guess....
Just curious: how good do you American people understand his thick accent?
His inner New York Italian was coming out there at the end.
Better than prosciuto...Even the sentence is offensive. Of course is better!!!!!!!!!!!!!
