i’m actually never trying this fight again. the elden beast is by far the worst boss in the entire game. if i don’t find hacks to beat him then i’m never fighting him again unless i’m like lvl 200. Malenia was way easier than this garbage.
Lol I strongly disagree, Malenia is not way easier. Elden beast is much easier because most of his(hers?) attacks are super telegraphed and easily dodged. What makes the fight suck is the constant running, but that doesn't make it hard, just annoying. But other than that he is much easier than Malenia. Malenia actually requires you to learn her entire move set. Unless you summon other players that can carry you. Which is what I had to do cause she was destroying me, even at level 200 on ng+4.

this video carried me through the final battle! As a mage, I always overlooked the meteorite of Astel, and you can cut off nearly half of Elden Beast's HP with a couple of casts. But I like Night Comet more than Glintstone Shard because Radagon doesn't parry it and it seems to have a slightly bigger range. As for ashes, I used Lhutel whenever I got in trouble, but this is definitely not her fight 😄 so Tiche is the best here

This fight is seriously pissing me off at this point. Ive already beat them twice and now in on Journey 3, but for whatever reason they're behaving way differently. Its frustrating. Like im using a build with Lordsworn straightsword with glintblade phalanx to help stagger, and ever since i started using that ash of war Radagon doesnt even pay attention to my summon. And thats before the blades even hit him, wo im technically not even a threat ro him but he still aggros on me the whole time. Wtf Fromsoft
I genuinely think Radagon/ Elden Beast is one the most pathetic bosses I’ve ever seen in all of FromSoftware’s history. For a studio that made Gael, Orphan of Kos, Artorius, Flame Lurker, Isshin, and Fume Knight, they can also make some dog shit. I seriously don’t think I’d have as much of an issue with it if the fights weren’t required to be back to back, but both of these bosses are just so awful for a laundry list of reasons
I will 1. Radagon is hyperspeed and can slam five moves to your slow assed animation of one. 3 seconds to wind up a hit against him is stupid. Elden beast is a nightmare of running playing catch up and don't lock on or the camera makes you feel like you're on acid. I hate the camera in this game, it is the worst boss of them all.
Not easily at all. U cant learn any of his moves because he always doing something else and different. First faze can be done but second is just impossible. Melania was nothing compare to this. Even sekiro on platinum was less dificulte

Yeah it makes for a rather un-fun fight imo, not the greatest way to end out an otherwise amazing game with otherwise great bosses (mostly).
