Elden beast is sooooo much more aggressive in my game than yours. Doesn’t even let me breath. I’m about 15 hours into trying this bs. Someone please help me lol
@@Nadies2801 if you haven’t beat it yet or for anyone struggling, I used a quality build(Mix between strength and dex) and used bloodhound fang with freeze grease for phase 1 and then switched to the night riders glaive with black flame tornado as the ash of war for phase 2 which absolutely melted elden beast
My character was also a mage and I used moonveil for Radagon (spam weapon art while summon takes aggro) and wing of Astel for Elden Beast (also spam weapon art).
Got Radagon down to a science: Spawn in, immediately summon mimic tear, heal, run and let the mimic grab agro, then fire Ranni's Dark Moon, then drink flask of wondrous physick (cerulean hidden tear and magic shrouding cracked tear), and light of comet azur until he dies. Pretty repeatable on my tried. Elden Beast, however, was more of a Hail Mary.
maybe ill give the final fight another shot. my first playthrough was a melee so this shit was so tough. took me a day or so to do. so the thought of going thru that again makes me not want to bother but then again some fights had a completely different experience w/ another build so maybe it wont be that bad.
I saw that too. One attempt, health was almost gone, but then the health came back just enough for Radagon to throw a lightning bolt my way when I wasn't paying attention. Ended me, and I was PISSED.
Carian Slicer for the EB? With respect, this seems wildly time consuming and inefficient as a strategy, unless you just like the thrill of chasing the EB down with it. For a pure mage strategy, I would think Spiral Shard, using a similar strategy as Pest Threads for FTH users would go quicker. Is there a reason you went for a more up close and personal fight with it? Just curious.
Can you post your stats in the description please? It’ll help other mage players understand your level and stat distribution so that they can do something similar. On a side note, since you beat black knife tiche at the ever goal, you’re definitely a better mage user than me 😅
as a mage, black knife tiche has a big weakness that took a while for me to find out. She wont aggro you if you stand very far from her on the other side of the evergaoul instead she will just stand and wait while you spam night comet at her.
I love how everyone else’s Elden Beast will use melee attacks that are easy to read and dodge but my Elden Beast uses spells that destroy the world
Literally, mine just spam it's fucking sacred bullets or whatever it is till it kill both Tiche and me

I really hate it when he shoots at me with large quantities then while I'm trying to dodge the spells he starts hitting me with slash attacks
Mine just moves 100 miles away when I get close to it

All of his attacks are dodgable
You just have skill issues
I became an expert in killing Radagon but the beast just runs everywhere, whenever I get close to it , it runs away to the other side of the world

Also if you use a summon, use black knife tiche. Mimic tear is not good for this fight

Using Black Knife Tiche instead of Mimic was a game changer for me...caused enough distraction for Comet Azur to melt the Beast!
Im using azur on radagon so i can melt him without wasting my potions, cause the beast teleports everywhere, it's hard to cast it against.
Agreed, a fully upgraded BKT is a must-have for lategame/endgame bosses. Not really useful before that.

Nah it’s the black knife tiche ability, when she slashes, it drops their health but regain when the ability is gone
