Chef AJ in the house! 🌱
THANK YOU so much REEBS awesome and looks so yummy and DELICIOUS
Yummy!
Interesting
OMG TY Reebs❣️ Finally something wonderful after Shul or for Sunday Brunch. 🥰
oh my goodness! I have been waiting for this one - my family always has smoked salmon lox for Christmas breakfast; I tried the store bought vegan carrot lox, and they are alright, but too oily. So to be able to have an oil-free recipe for these is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing
Reebs, you are a genius.. !!!!!!Thanks for the recipe...
This looks great. An oil-free recipe is hard to find. Do you have a good oil-free vegan recipe for challah? Vegan oil-free recipes for Jewish holidays are hard to find.
Brilliant! So fun! This is why I subscribe and watch.
Thank you!
Kelp granules have A LOT of iodine so they must be used with precaution. Nutrition facts: 1 tsp 1,092% iodine.
We have a bagel shop here in our town with the most wonderful bagels. They have what they call WW bagels, but pretty sure they're not 100% ww. Ezekiel doesn't seem to have any, but has English Muffins. Might be an option for anyone in a family with the tradition of Lox and Bagels for that great brunch. It's a way to join in, and enjoy those great flavors. Thanks Reebs for another great idea.
I'm so glad you mentioned the Ezekiel English muffins! I just happen to have some in the freezer, and I think they'd work perfectly. Thanks for the idea.
Okay you have GOT to add a tiny bit of sea salt to cream cheese. The Ben's cream cheese they serve at all the delis in NYC is the standard for me. Lox looks good though!.
I've been dying to try carrot lox, but every recipe I found was way too hardcore with salt and oil. I'm definitely making yours. It looks so delicious!
That looks so good. Thanks.
I used to make them by baking them in salt. For one TOO salty. Also, WAY more work! Thank you I can't wait to try this. YAY REEBS!!!!
I live in Australia how do l buy your sauces
That looks good!!
😋😋😋😋😋🌱🧡
Not a big caper fan. Used to eat mine with sliced tomato and cucumber. Can't wait to try this! Thanks Reebs.
Oh that version sounds so good too!
Can you peel the carrot into ribbons first, then steam?
I Can Not Wait to try this...🤩
Hope you love it Christine!
I’m thinking standup comedy combined with WFPB cooking….I’m right, right?
Toasted bagels, lox, cream cheese, red onions and tomato …Sunday morning breakfast when I was a kid!
Thanks to REEBS, THE MAGICIAN ❤️💜💚💙💗I get to revisit my childhood 🥯!
Lovely lovelies!
Recipe??
My twin and I years ago were talking about what we would want as our last meal (if we knew we were going to be executed)...LOL... Anyway, I said bagels, lox, cream cheese and thin slices of red onion - - - Now I can have it :)
Oy vey, you guys have done it again. Fit for a bubbaluch.
I am not sure I have had
a lox and cream cheese bagel
as I discovered bagels only after going vegetarian
nut they look nice and an interesting
holiday snack / breakfast food.
That looks so good. Isn’t a bag without a hole a bread roll?!! 😂
Wow 🤩 can’t wait to try this! What kind of bagels do you use?
It's hard to find very healthy bagels. Reebs was buying some gluten free bagels online but we try not to eat too many too often.
I guess it would taste just as good on Ezekiel or Dave’s killer bread.
Yes I like those two
Dave's Killer Bread makes bagels. I'm able to find those at Food Lion. I just haven't been getting them because I haven't had anything to put on them until now. Now I have a good reason to get them.
@@kathiemott3988 ooh I didn’t know he had bagels! I haven’t seen them in my area.
Add dulse flakes instead of kelp salt. Less sodium.
Thank you, thank you!!!!! I have really been missing this. It has been years since I have had any. Now I just need to find out where I can find some kelp granules. Along with the latkes, this will be great during Channukkah (there is no wrong way to spell it, we researched). The stores in my area are Aldi's, Lidl, Harris Teeter, Kroger, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Walmart, Food Lion, and an e-mart (an international store that has green, red and yellow bananas in varying sizes and purple cauliflower, and a huge variety of mushrooms, is where I get my miso paste and my seeds I need for a natural anti acid). Or will I need to order the kelp granules from online somewhere? Help? Please?
Hi DILLON and REEBS 💖💖💖
Hello!
