Hi, I have just followed these instructions of assembly and then found that it’s difficult to fit the trunnions at the front of the rear subframe. Is this still possible with the radius arms in place? Thanks

When using this coil spring set up if the car is too low can the spring fall out or does a shorter shock need to be used to limit the travel?

It could happen, in theory. But this would be only if the car's rear suspension were to be completely unloaded, like it would be by jacking up the rear end and not supporting the rear swing arms and letting them dangle freely (or, while on the road by jumping over something or hitting something that would force the rear end high enough in the air - and for long enough - to unload it and have the springs fall out).
So, highly unlikely. The biggest risk is when working on the rear and not supporting the swing arms and jacking the car too high thereby unloading the trumpet/spring connection.

So for you it is completly normal ? Have this situation, where if I want a proper ride height, (not even that low) the spring will fall out if the wheel come unloaded. And still have a sport shock absorber...

can someone explain wet and dry please.

"Wet" refers to the Hydrolastic suspension of some early Minis where bags of fluid were used to dampen the ride from to back. "Dry" suspension refers to the rubber cones and other types of suspension.
