Just to let you know, I am a GM, I played DnD once, 25 years ago, still I enjoy (most of) your videos a lot. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. I am always glad if the algorithm suggests a new TTRPG-channel to me. Greetings from Germany!
I was just Looking for some good way to start a campaign. The note will be a real nice start to a chain of quests to start my Players of on our Pirate campaign i was planing through out the month.
Favorite filler episode: party ( or parts of it) whisked away to another plane, put in an anti-magic field, and essentially put into a pageant to compete for the hand of a demi-god whose parent arranged this to find the best mortal for their child's partner. Include an eveningwear, talent/performance, and combat section. Any costumes and tools they need can be created to bamfed to them. Either the young god doesnt want any of them or the parent deems none of them good enough. Wacky hijinks are great, think the silly filler episodes in any long-running tv show
I looooove stories about manipulating time in any way so the first idea is definitely my favorite ! :D We actually never played without everyone being present, we just postpone and postpone until everyone can be there. But this would be a really cool alternative, especially since our group is quite international, so we always have to keep the time zones in mind. And was the board you showed in the video one of your creations ? 🤩
messing with time is always fun haha. And yeah! I have been making my own battle maps, but they've gotten better since the one in this video. I'll show more in future videos
Getting the chance to run the Timekeeper today, and was doing prep for it last night. The stat block you've got up has a few inconsistencies to it that could be touched up. It's got Stoneskin listed as the source for resistances, but the spell list has flesh to stone, not stone skin. The AC doesn't add up; it should be 12 without mage armor, 15 with, unless I'm missing something. It's nothing that's unreadable, and it's been easy enough to prep. But I figured I'd bring it to your attention. Got the whole thing tossed together in Foundry.
Absolutely! Sorry for the messyness of that stat block. Truth be told, I threw it together a long while ago, and never intended to share it around at the time haha. I think I'll do a new, touched up version. I hope the encounter went well!
Resuming my game next weekend. Gonna be short a couple players. I like that time keeper idea, might use it.
the Weard Stranger makes me think of Q from Star Trek. The possibilities can be endless with that.
Absolutely!

Thanks so much for the kind words Frederic! 😀
Can't wait to see more videos, these were some fun ideas and I would be interested in seeing any more side mission/encounter ideas
Thanks Andrew!
These are my favorite videos. Surprised there aren't more
Thanks Zackary! Don't worry, plenty more to come

Perfect! I'm glad I could be any help, and best of luck with the new campaign Adam. Have fun!
Very creative ideas!
