My unsolicited advice would be if you’re going to use a “science based” approach and similar language in your videos that you might want to avoid typos in your titles, to built more rapport
Not all reps are gonna be pretty and controlled. If you train hard some of your last reps will be ugly. And especially on rows or pulling exercises it's really difficult to hold isometrically at the top even without using momentum. I believe that most of the reps should be as you said, controlled but I believe that the last few reps it's okay to use slight (and I emphasise slight) momentum to get it up. But good vid.
