Almost on a daily basis, have been quite randomly wandering into some of your different practices - 10 weeks into a lockdown in Taipei. Just want to extend a warm sphere of appreciation your way. These practices have challenged me, and helped a great deal. Came upon this breath work and followed through. Quite transformative, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Thank-you ^^

Best shoulder opening I have felt in months. From doing weighted presses, rows, shrugs, etc. Im sure your previous classes, and my recent personal wrist work might have helped some. Dolphin is so hard for me still. Thanks for the motivation.

Hey Flo! This channel has been my favorite thing for the last few weeks. I’m really new to yoga in general, and I can’t get enough. Thanks for being so welcoming. I’ve tried other UA-cam yoga in the past and haven’t been able to get into it. Quick question: are there stretches I can do do get better at this thunderbolt/hero’s pose? I find that it places stress on the tops of my feet and sometimes on the knees. It looks so effortless for you, so just wondering what I can do to improve.

The first long hold plank is always hardest for me, the last one however I felt I could do forever, I even got ready for a long chaturanga but it never came 😁
Thank you very much, Flo. This is a nice and rewarding class, but a bit challenging in some aspects. In my case, after holding the dolphin pose for half a minute my clavicles and even the sternum started hurting. Is that a problem or just lack of muscular strength/practice? Thank you and namaste!

I’m not sure why long holds are not more popular with yogis. This is a great practice. You allow us to get mediative while working hard to hold !

I enjoyed this class. I imagine I would incorporate a Yang class 1 out of every 4 classes. 2 being vinyasa and 1 being yin. Thank you!
