Geissman laying down that St Thomas feel and Ruiz with the outside rhythms! Some of these sessions mine gold.
lots of fun ideas going around the room this is one of my favorites
Great sax solo... really melodic, lovely narrative and liked the 'cool blues' quote ;)
Very nice tenor saxophone solo as in when a story is being told.
Lovely groove; piano solo is also great, and so also are the others'.
Tks. for posting!
superb piano solo!
Somehow "saxophone quartets" brought me here????? BUT I STAYED! And WILL go on to do a sax quartet arrangement of St Thomas (it's 1 of many on my list!)
Bravo Ruiz !
I love that Cannonball Sax :D
El ritmo bajo relaja y la guitarra enciende el ambiente. Excelente versión. El pianista tiene un toque de Latin Jazz y eso pone mejor el ambiente jaja. Ojalá pusieran este tipo de música en mi zona.
Wow!
Hey its Grant Geissman himself. No wonder I Feel So Good.
MY BROTHER, JERVONNY!!!
Wow and double wow.
Wow...sax solo...!!
amazing !
Owiee, good stuff!
Yeaah!... Awesomee....!
Mi amigo y querido por todos los venezolanos El Gran Otmaro. El mejor de Latino América y de Venezuela.
Formidable musicianship on the part of all. However, it sounds to my ears as if it were somehow out of phase. Jervonny's bass playing seems to be playing somehow in the margins. As if he were purposely playing behind the beat. More of a curiosity than a criticism.
wuau!
Great sound on the tenor! Sadly to low in volume I think :(.
At least Geissman didn't break out the slide on this one.
I was thinking the same thing lol
1+3
I noticed that too. Ruined it for me
@@stilo2703 These guys are pros, so it was definitely intentional. But it just doesn't sit right in my ears.
