Hi Jacques, you might run into some issues when you’re putting your information in, specifically the address portion of the process. It asks for a postal code and many ppl seem to be having the same issue. Be sure to be on the look out for that and also check to see if your area is at full capacity.

@@TheJodyWright thanks for the information because am in the process of getting one and was wondering because I honestly make the same mistake with the 1876 number.. but I was using my phone and hoping the auto location would have because I had that turn on . have a delivery date between the 10 and the 14.
@@Adrian-ft5ppyou need to check your account and email to see if starlink messaged you about the adding the wrong code.
I'll surely give and update if i do got the starlink or a response from the starlink support team currently being days no response from the team invalid address and portal code issue and the date over past item still not ship I may cancel the order a refund and see how long that takes to reimburse could starlink be a scam will see in due time
