SHE IS NAMIBIAN,AND THEY DON'T HV EMBASSY IN CALIFORNIA.ONLY IN WASHINGTON.SHE GET RAPED ON STREETS THAT WHAT SHE TELLS ME, BUT PPL SAYS SHE USED TO SAY SHE OWNED A HOUSE IN SAN JOSE CALIFORNIA AND KIDS.BUT TO ME AM JUST TRYING TO GET ANY NAMIBIAN WHO CAN HELP SIGN HER RETURN YO NAMIBIA.SINCE AM NIT FAMILY MEMBER CAN'T EVEN HELP HER TO GET TO REHAB.

Guys, I know how you feel and want to help. Ensure her rights are observed. If she says no to assistance, then respect that. Only upon her agreeing to assistance should her photo be circulated on social media. The only exception is if a family member goes through US legal channels to look for her. More power to you.
