This was extremely helpful and relaxing. It just goes to show that no matter how short a meditation is, it can still have a great impact.

Holy moly, 3 minutes is my absolute limit for this. Cannot believe how much I hate mindfulness, I feel like my adhd brain is starving. Having the voice talking to you is a huge help though, gives me something to do.
I felt as if my head was completed cleaned of everything and I had just been rejuvenated!

Thanks for the explanation! Mindfulness was a natural state for Native Americans who chose to pay attention to the small natural things around them, for many reasons. Could t.v with its' ads, and city-life, with unnatural (mostly auto) noises and clamor, have helped create record depression and people who don't have space to think, and therefore end up falling for Fox and the Washington Post, et al haha Here's to mindfulness. Make the world a better place :)
I liked this, especially the part about projecting any thoughts I had into brightly colored balloons and watching them float away into the sky. Thanks.

Hello: Today I am going to do meditation, and try my best to do it for at least 14 days, hopefully that cures my ADHD/Anxiety and Hopefully become quieter.
Pre-warm up Today: I did this in the evening on December 4th, this is where it all started, I have listened to and adhd ambient it was really good I felt a sense of relief 😊.

Meditation will likey not “cure” a mental disorder, but more support you in dealing with it and managing it. I say this only because you shouldn’t feel disheartened if you don’t become “cured”, I do believe meditation is a really great tool to develop a more mindful relationship to your disorder though. And that relationship can eventually ease the stress of it so much, that you may begin to feel more “cured”. In short: the cure to mental disorders is often not to completely get rid of them and never have any bad days, but moreso to learn how to manage them in your everyday life so that they aren’t perceived as such a problem / burden anymore.

I went here because Medito servers are down at the moment and I have been meditating for a month straight so I didnt want to ruin it now. And I am very surprised how good the 3 minutes were, it was a change of pace and I really enjoyed it, really made me reconsider some mistakes I was doing for the whole month. Wow those three minutes really did fly by! An ad started and I got mad until I realized it was playing because the meditation was over and not in the middle of it haha! Fantastic meditation video!

Before this meditation vid I just saw an ad for all to be rich - so I am commenting on that -- If we are all rich -- who will drive the buses? And who will serve the food? Who will teach the future generations?
(I drive buses by the way) but have started crypto trading side hustle.
If only we could all be rich and do part time service for the good of the public -- for restaurants - schools - janitorial etc. 👍😎

I felt relaxed it would be better if the ads were at the beginning not the end
They always have been, ever since we began this channel. However, every UA-cam video has ads at the end (placed by UA-cam)
