They just all seem to randomly prescribe different concoctions. Was hoping to get a proper diagnosis from an ENT . Of course what do I get ??? - I don’t see anything. Useless.
Changing sleeping position helped me a lot. Coz too much sleeping on one hand side causing drip.another is having cold drinks from fridge is affecting bad.
Rahul Bisht by finding what is causing the mucus. Which is usually food or environment. Most food produce mucus and dust or smoke can cause mucus. (Allergies)
You say there are natural remedies but mention only steam inhalation. Is that it or are there other natural ways of clearing it? What medicines can we get over the counter to help?

Mine started as sinus infection, then conjunctivitis, then to chest infection. Now swollen tonsils and postnasal drip. Antibiotics just gave me ulcers and few got stuck in my throat- maybe that's what's causing it? Drip trying to wash the tablets down. Just 2 weeks of this nonsense, but quite annoying 😑

Check the back of your throat for tonsil stones they also can cause foul breath when trying to clear mucus, sometimes they can’t be seen.

Try Tussin. Can get it at the Dollar store. It works.
I think I'm experiencing this, it makes me cough so much, but no phlegm but something is behind my throat and my saliva is kinda like sticky.
