This information is gold - looking at each North Brisbane suburbs and providing advice on property investment. Luke you are generous sharing your expertise like this - thank you.
Can confirm no flight corridor noise in Nudgee. Both runways run parallel to Nudgee. Sometimes will hear a plane take off on the new runway, but only if your outside.
Bummed my suburb of The Gap didn’t rate a mention (unless you think of it as a west side suburb). Would be interested in your views. No train line but does have access to enogerra reservoir and the state forest hiking trails. I do think of it as a lifestyle suburb - just a different lifestyle compared to the bay.
Hard to mention all of the suburbs! The Gap is a nice area but it's pricey, so not sure as an investment if the value is there. As an Owner Occupier, it'd be great!
North side went off about 15 years ago and has continued to increase like crazy. Selling out of New Farm 14 years ago is a lifetime mistake. It's 40 minutes from Redcliffe to the CBD, out west you can buy 5 acres for under 500K and just under 65 minutes to CBD. Go figure.
I think there's heaps of great suburbs on the Southside! Compared to the northside, the southside would have a larger cluster of lower socio economic suburbs to the south / south west of the city
Your videos are really especially of CA ANZ I have a question that you are living in Australia so can you tell me which accounting software is best to learn for job, freelancing... etc I'm from Pakistan coming to Australia on student visa within next 12-18 months on Masters in business analytics I'm doing ACCA currently Thank you, You are doing a great job
Hi mate, thanks for the video. I have got a property in Paddington, but i didn't really catch the name for the property manager for student accomodation. It's something that I might be interested in, can you please type the name or provide their website. thanks
Hi Luke, new to your videos and really impressed with your knowledge. I am from Adelaide with budget between $250k to 450K. Hoping to buy property with good capital gain&potential to subdivide. What are the areas or suburbs you suggest to invest?
Traditionally it was pronounced thai-gum, as it's an Aboriginal word meaning lawyer cane. You'll find that the older and long-standing residents will say thai-gum, it's only recently that it's been referred to as tay-gum as that's how it looks, phonetically
@@lukewiles1 Thanks mate for taking the time to educate and correct me. Appreciate it. Now I know I've been saying it wrong for 10yrs lol. Your content is awesome by the way!

@@lukewiles1 haha, lucky I'm an owner-occupier :) Yeah, and agree - not huge investment potential here! It's mostly PPOR land.

What are your thoughts on the newly developed Upper Kedron

All depends on supply and demand! Where the next 800,000 people want to live in Brisbane over the next 10 years will impact future prices
You left out McDowall and Bridgeman Downs
Brisbane in a nutshell.
Theres a few bad suburbs on the Northside.
Theres a few good suburbs on the Southside.
I think there's heaps of great suburbs on the Southside! Compared to the northside, the southside would have a larger cluster of lower socio economic suburbs to the south / south west of the city
there will be a video on the southside of brisbane soon !

Bro I don't believe you get donuts from Chermside or live anywhere around the north of Brisbane. You pronounced tAigum as Thaigum.
