Great value exists in the high part of Oxley. (flood free). Proximity to the train line, public and private schools, parks and gardens as well as cafes and restaurants in nearby Sherwood and Graceville. Great buying particularly considering the median values in neighbouring high side Corinda. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is also quite close.
Yeronga - I recommend that you rethink your grouping of that suburb. Yeronga fits with the band of riverside suburbs from Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Fairfield, Yeronga, Tennyson, Graceville, Chelmer.
Great content. I just purchased in Coorparoo as an investment property, but will be looking to live in it by the end of next year. I love the location.
What are your thoughts on property in the Redlands? The area never seems to get a mention as being either good or bad in any Brisbane property review video that I've seen on UA-cam.
Lots of thoughts on the suburbs in Redlands! I'll be releasing a video going suburb by suburb in the next week or so. Not sure why it doesn't receive any attention because there are some great bayside pockets
I have lived in Redlands for 26 years. I love it. Great climate, lots of amenities, lots of retirement living, quite a few private schools as well as state schools.
Would also be great if you can cover the Bay Islands also. We’re seeing so much change and development at the moment. We just moved over last year and rent out our Taringa property.
Fantastic area. Great local schools both primary and secondary. Central hub is continuing to be developed including shops and higher density living and shops. Metro station at Garden City. There's lots to like!
That's great, but you should try showing local destinations and hotspots to sell the benefits of investment in these locations. Its location, location location not everything is vocal when it comes to selling real estate. Seeing is believing.
Ellen Grove is a newer suburb on the Southwest of Brisbane. I don't like buy in new housing estates or in areas with further land subdivisions (would prefer a built up area with a property built between 1980-2000) North Lakes is shaping up nicely with amenities, shops ans lifestyle just need to be wary of land supply in the surrounding suburbs north/west
Sorry you feel that way! We're investing to create a better future for our family, providing rental accomodation in these areas and every property we've purchased has been in significant disrepair requiring renovations.
@@lukewiles1 I support your channel and content, don't worry about sour grape people, greed is good as it is one of the motivation for people who want to get ahead, just do it legally that's all !

Yeronga is a flood plain worth chips

Thanks for your videos Luke! They're super helpful! Bought a block of land at Upper Mount Gravatt. Any thoughts Luke?

@@lukewiles1 Cool, thanks!
That was really good Luke
thanks mate - appreciate it!
Hi what is your thoughts about Calamvale, Parkinson, Algester??
Not bad cashflow for the price!
That's great,
but you should try showing local destinations and hotspots to sell the benefits of investment in these locations.
Its location, location location not everything is vocal when it comes to selling real estate.
Seeing is believing.
HI Luke, My budget is $500k, I am looking either Morten Bay Council or Logan Council. Pls suggest some suburbs.
What are your thoughts on property in Holland Park West in 2023-2024? Seems to have gone through some major drop in prices as per statistics
What about a suburb like Graceville?
I bought 2.5 years ago in Eight Mile Plains so really appreciate you plugging this as an opportunity, almost doubled my investment in that time.
@@BattlefieldsOfBattleFields that's amazing 👏
Hi what about beaudesert? I am planning to live there a a foreigner. Is it safe to raise a family? Thanks
What do you think about Ellen Grove and north lake area?

North Lakes is shaping up nicely with amenities, shops ans lifestyle just need to be wary of land supply in the surrounding suburbs north/west
How about rockhampton?
Large country town. May have some good cash flow opportunities
Hey Luke, coming from Sydney looking to buy a family home in Jindalee or around the centenary suburbs. Is this area also good as an investment?
You should check out my latest 2023 suburb picks video where I talk about Jindalee!
Margate?
Don’t you mean the M3
East Brisbane?
Where is good for under 400k ?
Might need to look at townhouses sub 400k to be honest. Otherwise checkout my Logan / Moreton Bay videos for suburb ideas
Like everyone else you have completely ignored rge bayside
You might like this video on Redlands City Council where I cover the southern bayside suburbs: ua-cam.com/video/5sXU3K_1JHs/v-deo.html
Thanks GREAT. Job. .your greed equals more homeless family. Are you holding your head high or looking at the poverty you are making

Redlands is very expensive to live in
It's very popular but they still have free rubbish tip runs!
In 2025 will goodna be expensive you think maybe
Potentially gentrifying but it's lower socio-economic / lower price point
