    1 It is important to concentrate assistance in vulnurable countries, but the response to domestic issues such as support for refugees within J_p_n, and assistance for disasters and reconstruction should also be enhanced.
    2 Many of the projects by the Government of J_p_n are indirect assistance (financial assistance), but it also necessary to enhance the implementation capacity for direct support by the government in order to accelerate domestic initiatives.
    3 Furthermore, outside of J_p_n, the amount of assistance concerning disaster risk management and reconstruction is small compared to assistance concerning conflicts.
    4 It is desirable to strike an overall balance by taking these points into consideration.

    Is this the main reason why Israel is so soft when it comes to Filipinos entering their country?

    • @openarms2519
      @openarms2519 3 роки тому +3

      I think so too😊🇵🇭. Israelites are not nice to the terrorists. Even if you are a Filipino if you belong to the Terrorists group which the Philippines have, then if Israel found out obviously they will be imprisoned while entering the country or if they are caught in an act of terrorism. Not only people in the Phil's that belongs to the terror group, also in other countries there are lots of these kind around the world. But over all, Israel are always nice to Filipinos. They love them very much. Israel was the chosen people of God in the old and in the early part of the new testament. Their program as a channel of blessing to the world will continue when Christ return in his 2nd coming in the book of revelation and thessalonians it was written. In 64AD up to now 2021 God postponed his dealings with Israel in Acts 28:28 (64AD) the boundary line in the old program between Jew and Gentile. The salvation of the Lord is now enjoying also by the gentiles. ( gentiles are countries outside of Israel or dies not belong to the 12 tribes of Israel ). There's no jew nor gentile in this present dispensation. They are equal in the eyes of God. A one new man with one faith, one baptism, one destiny, one God. Today's program on this grace and present age deals with the Gentiles in one body which Christ is the head. Apostle Paul was the minister for the Gentiles. In 2nd Tim 2:15 he said study to shew thyself approved unto God rightly Dividing the Word of Truth. God bless the people who are reading this message and searching Christ. Only with Him that a person can be save by accepting him as his saviour no one else. 😊🙏✌️. God bless!

    We help because we are taught in our churches to be Kind to one another and that God made not only Filipinos but all people who may be red white yellow brown or black. The church told us to love these people and it is imbedded n our culture.
