    This year, the Wellness Department is providing additional resources to empower Chicagoans to stay active in the parks. Free Fitness Centers Week participants will have access to workout routine examples that can be completed in our fitness centers, as well as nutritional tips to promote overall health and wellness through physical activity, nutrition education and mindfulness activities. When at home, Chicagoans can stay motivated with on-demand exercise routines that are available at no cost on the Chicago Park District’s UA-cam page / chicagoparkdistrict . Try 3 reps of 15.
