15:55 is by far the most important part of this entire video. Judgment is EVERYTHING. Do everything you can to sharpen your judgment, and give yourself time to think clearly through your problems and come to your own conclusions. It also perfectly described the woman who asked the previous question who could not think or communicate clearly at all.
Oh my gosh!! The level of our resources is actually a function of the level of our creativity, resources are infinite we just need to get creative. This is one of the most novel lines of thought I have heard in a while. Love your platforms Naval this is the epitome of HIGH SIGNAL and LOW NOISE.
I found a second problem with your formula. When you place a dollar value on your hour, you are are automatically limiting yourself. You need throw out that variable and come up with a better one. Then your equation will truly be limitless. Of course it is not really your equation, but you are the one of the first persons I have heard to speak of it.

i swim in the same pool of wisdom that Mr Kapil Gupta does. And i don't know what to do about it. i know what he knows. i see what he sees. how do i give this gift to others as he does. my life has been difficult. i grew up alone, in a dark corner. i would like to share my description of the light as i have seen it. where would i begin
One of the most important thing I learn from Naval is, being present and be concious of doing anything. He kicked out the guy mistakenly in the beginning, still remembered to apologise even in the end, he did apologize right after. But man after such heavy talks he could still remember he kicked out the person and that was not so nice. And apologized again. Just small things.
💜 this is the day I said NO for the first time with word. And my comment about your job will always the best thing, I will remember this day for. I will like it a lot, such a nice day 🌺 26th
This channel would become so much bigger if u presented with more eye catching thumbnails and adding images that are relevant to the information being discussed into the video
36:30 My theory on the strength of physicists’ understanding is more than most disciplines, they are required to map their symbols to reality. This means that they must have a strong grasp of reality for their discipline. Compare this with many other disciplines which are often just interactions of symbols with no strong real-world applications. The map is not the territory and the people who are most intimately aware of this will have the strongest grasp of reality.
Hi sir I'm shridhar jadhav from India. recently read your book the almanack of naval ravikant. This is the best book i ever read. I Will wish to meet you. Thanks for giving me worthy knowledge on this earth and I will trying to transfer your knowledge in this world/new generation.
Psychology has great potential but wanders into facile assessments of individuals and a need to rid the field of seminal texts. Erasure of the past and a move toward commercialization of the field is a common practice.
Ok so I just saw this channel on FB and this is the 1st video I'm seeing, I skipped right to 12:36 and it said "oh hi Gabriella" (which is my name) so there must be something about this channel 👁️
So many great gems. Would be great if they: 1.) Included timestamps for different topics/messages. Similar to previous long episodes. 2.) Increased the volume to match other episodes. This episode is pretty low volume.
The only problem I have with what you are saying is that it seems you are saying that life can only be a single player game. There are certainly parts of it that can only be done on one's own but I think there is room for cooperative play.
Brett Hall. His podcast is called "ToKCast". I think Naval is referring to Episode 104: "Are We Running Out Of Resources?", published on Sunday December 26, 2021.
Naval, I really appreciate these videos; they are very insightful. A question that I have regards good judgment. I understand good judgment is not obtainable, can it be learn? Or does good judgment come from experiencing many and different things?
People with extreme different ideologies ,who aren't trolls usually meet somewhere in the middle or see some things differently eventually. This usually only happens in person. I've had no luck recruiting anyone to my far right, online 😑😒 lol
The only part I disagree with is what you said about the state and healthcare. Because the "consumer" of health product can't say no to a 500$ MRI when their life is on the line. The way Norways system is I think is one model to aim for, where emergency care and life/death things are free paid for by the state, but if you want to buy a new nose or other "optional" treatmens, you go to the private sektor.
Sir, I believe you are the right person to ask for advice as there is no one for my guidance. I am an UG student with maths stream and I get frustrated and loose hope sometimes as it hard to get a job with math stream but I love math so I pursued math over engineering. Please guide me should I change stream or continue with it. And Thank You for providing such valuable videos.
There’s no possible way Naval could be president. I assume he is neither rep or dem since his level of thinking goes many magnitudes above petty politics.

“If you can’t communicate clearly, it’s a sign that you can’t think clearly”…I disagree…not always true. Some of the brightest minds can’t communicate clearly. I find Elon Musk difficult to listen to
Great point here. I would like to add though, the difficulty you experience with listening to Elon may stem from your own understanding rather than his communication. Everyone is going to have various opinions, however Elon Musk rarely communicates in a way that is challenging to understand assuming you’re attentive.

Thanks for the timestamp
What about using a calendar to schedule things you're excited about? This advice feels like nonsense.
Point about leaving people behind is important
So well put!
Every time I listen Naval is like opening a new book every day. Mind-blowing.
Yes. His perspective on web3 is interesting
Naval is back with the bang. Kudos to you. Keep on posting such life changing and mind altering content.

Yeah....too bad he stopped posting since
Glad I came across you. As you say, we come together/converge on ideas/epiphanies as the energetic field allows.

"Not wanting something is as good as having it" would mean that being dead is as good as having all desires fulfilled (which I actually agree with).
Which is why you need to find out if something more than desire to life even exists
I swear they will study Naval's work decades from now. Brilliant mind.
Have been waiting for this. Thank you and keep posting.
Hello! Naval ji
Thanks for uploading all these on UA-cam. Appreciate your effort.
So happy I stumbled upon you Joe Rogan podcast. I'll be doing a lot of binging of your Channel and brand
Learned a lot from the first "How to Get Rich" megasode podcast. Bookmarked this for listening during my workouts.
grateful for any morsel of your content posted to UA-cam.
Thanks sir for the mental nourishment , at 9 minutes I am already stoked !
Thanks Naval, can anyone please point me towards the sustainability video by 'Bret' that was mentioned in the podcast?
Yes!!! I've been waiting for this Naval.

I had to laugh at Naval calling academic credentials a "circle jerk" at 1:06:55.
he is right, he is also right about most psychology being BS (except the part connected to biology)
@@RR-et6zp
Agree on the psychology, yet psychologists tend to be the most arrogant and make sweeping generalisations of people.
Psychology has great potential but wanders into facile assessments of individuals and a need to rid the field of seminal texts. Erasure of the past and a move toward commercialization of the field is a common practice.
A lot of academia is regurgitation and waste. And bad societal influence increases this tendency.
Here, regurgitation means copying and rote-memorization.
