15:55 is by far the most important part of this entire video. Judgment is EVERYTHING. Do everything you can to sharpen your judgment, and give yourself time to think clearly through your problems and come to your own conclusions. It also perfectly described the woman who asked the previous question who could not think or communicate clearly at all.

I found a second problem with your formula. When you place a dollar value on your hour, you are are automatically limiting yourself. You need throw out that variable and come up with a better one. Then your equation will truly be limitless. Of course it is not really your equation, but you are the one of the first persons I have heard to speak of it.

One of the most important thing I learn from Naval is, being present and be concious of doing anything.
He kicked out the guy mistakenly in the beginning, still remembered to apologise even in the end, he did apologize right after. But man after such heavy talks he could still remember he kicked out the person and that was not so nice. And apologized again.
    Just small things.

36:30 My theory on the strength of physicists’ understanding is more than most disciplines, they are required to map their symbols to reality.
This means that they must have a strong grasp of reality for their discipline.
Compare this with many other disciplines which are often just interactions of symbols with no strong real-world applications.
The map is not the territory and the people who are most intimately aware of this will have the strongest grasp of reality.

The way Norways system is I think is one model to aim for, where emergency care and life/death things are free paid for by the state, but if you want to buy a new nose or other "optional" treatmens, you go to the private sektor.
