I just found your page three days ago and your bags are amazing! The one that caught my attention was the round royal blue sunflower print bag!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤OMG!!! I make bags, but to free hand like you do, very scary. So beautiful!

Thank you for that lovely comment!
That sunflower fabric is lovely, it worked so well with that particular bag.
I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos, comments like yours mean the world to me. 🥰

Hi, I am new too and really enjoyed watching this tutorial. Is your singer an industrial? I don’t think my little brother could handle the bulk of this bag, but i am thinking of getting a new machine.
    Love your sewing room too.

      Hi! Thanks for watching!
Yes, my Singer is a 141G industrial.
You could change it up a bit for your machine, use light interfacing for the main compartment and don’t use any for the pocket. Also use a heavier needle.
Or you could leave the front pocket off altogether and use a pretty fabric for the front of the main compartment side. Leave the interfacing out of the strap too.
If you try let me know how it goes.
Do you know what model your brother is?

Another fantastic tutorial. Beautiful little bag again.
May I ask what size your cutting mat is please, need to get one...but there's sooo many different types.

      Thank you!
It’s 34 inches I think. It was the biggest one I could find.
If you have a table large enough I really recommend getting the biggest one you can. It’s always a good idea to go with a brand name with the self healing mats.

      @TheLispySewer thank you. Hubby and I made my table, it's 1.8m x 1.5m...much larger than I need.

Thanks for subscribing, I really appreciate it!
The machine I’m using in this video is a Singer 141 Industrial. Great machine, it only does one stitch, a straight stitch though.

@ perfect I just bought a Juki and that’s all it does straight stitches
