When I first found your channel I thought you'd eventually run out of Snes titles. Now I'm not so sure.
I thought the exact same thing haha
Probably just about a thousand or so left, seeing that he does Japanese stuff as well. :D
Review every snes game. We need your knowledge
Hope YOU have a great rest of your day also 😊
Esa despedida siempre me deja con una sonrisa y queriendo expresarle lo mismo al compa 😸💕
@@nubocida me acuerdo cuando decía esa despedida en chinga y ni se le entendía, ahora es todo más claro y pausado.
Great orgasim profile pic
This series was created by the guy who illustrated the Zelda Link to the Past comic for Nintendo Power magazine
Who is he? Chris Jericho?
Bravo!
Give him some bubbly!!!!!
The Ayatollah... of ROCK AND ROLLA!
Drink it in man.
ARMBAR!
Y2j is 010(robot eheh)
That Chris Jericho joke got a chuckle out of me.
You got a little bit of bubblayy in your mouth :)
This was one of my favorite series on Toonami, I never even knew it got a Super Famicom game!
Micaiah the Otaku Gamer [HybridAngelZero] I liked Kikaider better
001 isn't playable? Darn, I wanted to play as a talking baby!
Talking baby, that also reminds me of Hitman Reborn and the baby with a gun named Reborn.
Shizuka chan, invisible bebe
Love these deep cuts on manga/anime games. Granted I'm probably not going to check a ton of them out but it's cool to get a look into things I had no idea existed or fell under the radar.
A little bit of the bubbly!
For that Chris Jericho reference, you deserved a little bit of the bubbly.
I literally just discovered this series yesterday and I discovered this the next morning! What perfect timing!
I just wanted to mention how much I appreciate the Chris Jericho reference.
Love the Jericho reference dude.
Thumbs up for the Chris Jericho reference. Now go have a little bit of the bubbly!
Nice Jericho entrance music nod
Last time you wished me a great rest of my day, it WAS actually great! So this is looking good.
A six second SSSSNNNNNNN
Talk about satisfying :)
I like that your introducing us to these obscure, never left Japan, based on an anime series examples. I saw some of your other videos on super famicom games.. aside from the RPGs, I'm all over them .. KEEP EM COMING!
I remember when I got a pirated cartridge of this game when I was a kid... Dude, love this game so much. Thought I've forgotten about it but thank Goku you made me remember it again thank you.
Love your videos man, always educating me about games I never knew existed! Keep it up!
"I can't understand anything you're saying, Cyborg 009. You're like mi-mi-mi-mi-mi-mi-mi, but then you're all muffled. And you've got a little bit of reverb to try to hide that".
Oh I just played this the other day, your review is on point. The jumping feels so off!
I have never heard of this game till you covered it. It looks like a fun time.
1:18 Actually, 007 is a parody of James Bond, being British and a former super-spy.
Never heard of this game or the show. I will look for it. Thanks man!
The manga/anime is one of the longest running franchises in Japan, with various tv-shows,movies and what not.
I never knew they made a SNES game out of it.
I believe the latest series from 2016 is on Netflix, there was also a new GCI-Animated movie from couple of years back.
Was my first anime. Look up Cyborg 009 Opening 1979.
The detail on the sprites are beautiful.
Interesting & fun visuals! One of the more interesting looking forgotten games !
Loved the anime as a kid.
nice work dude
This channel made me realize that there is literally an endless supply of SNES games.
Very helpful. Thank you sir.
I bought this one too. It pretty much sits next to my other Anime titles. Of which, Golgo 13 for the NES is still my favorite.
“Break the walls down!”
I love the description "perfectly decent."
Just when I thought I played every snes game in existence. I see this. Looks pretty cool.
I forgot these guys even existed! As soon as you described it I had a toonnami ad flash back. I was a third grader when this came out.
Ranma 1/2 rpg!! Was a fun anime game.
Always great videos!!! Will you show your retro collection one day?!
1:15 Perhaps he enjoys A LITTLE BIT OF THE BUBBLY!
DRINK IT UP MAAAAAN
Just caught myself looking up this video only because of the title "Forgotten Games". So yes, it works! Hope this feedback does help ;)
I love this anime!
Total length of video: 290 secs.
Total length of "SNES Drunk": 5 secs.
1.72% of the video was spent listening to "SNES Drunk."
Are you doing this for every Snes Drunk video?
@@hyze2552 I think it is a fun stat...I'm waiting for him to surprise us with a video where "SNES Drunk" hits double digits %!
I don't think that'll ever happen, I think ROMhacks Part 2 has a long one but it'll be tough to top that
SNES drunk oh come on, That one was almost 9secs! I’m with The Nostalgia Factor, double digits have to happen!!
@@SNESdrunk how do you come up with each different intro time?
the longer ones always cheer me up
Never knew they had a game for this anime series. I’ve always liked the anime series and the movie. May try out this game.
Enjoy the rest of your day
I love that game since i was a kid!
Kamen Rider for Super Famicom. It's a pretty good beat em up with some neat mechanics such as transformations and custom combos.
When you put more effort on a cape animation than on anything else
BEST INTRO EVER!
I’m glad to see the games are forgotten no more after SNES Drunk gets ahold of them!
FYI, this manga is created by Shotaro Ishinomori who later create Kamen Rider Ichigo, Super sentai Goranger. He is friend of Fujiko-Fujio who create Doraemon
Well, clearly the metamorphosing bird-man - the analogue of CLV3’s Alucard - is the coolest!
"What? Cyborg Zero Two? Oh, Zero ZERO Two....well, that's a bummer..."
I played this on emulation back in college like 04 lol man
Looks good
I played this lots as a kid :) good times
I REALLY liked the anime back in the day but i couldn't finish it. And when i played this game (before the translation) never passed the first level!
Every time I think there's no more SNES games, there's yes more SNES games.
I thank you for pronouncing 'manga' and 'anime' the more natural American way, rather than the weird forced American way.
I didn't know that the series has a Super Famicon game but I'm not surprised, any anime that got slighty popular got a try in the Super Famicon.
Very Nice 👍😊
Looks cool
I agree with you again they even forgot about the series too which Aired in USA I liked both.
You talking about the characters' movesets reminded me of the scene in Aoi Honoo where the main character nerd's out over the Cyborg 009 opening.
This was thw first game I played back in the day when emelation became a thinf
Heck yeah
Looks pretty cool. Somehow I'm the 1000th like on the video too!
The fact that Super Puyo Puyo 2, a Japan only Super Famicom game was put on the SNES app in the USA gives me hope for games like this.
I played this on an emulator like 15 years ago, great game.
Break the walls Dooooooowwwwnnnnnnn!
one more thing 003 also have a radar system that can see the map pattern
I almost completely forgot about this game, I randomly found it on a rom site wayyy back in the early days of emulation and thought it was cool even tho I didn't know what the hell to do. I don't remember the anime ever being on Toonami tho, but by that point I had started college and mainly only watched Adult Swim the nights it was on, so it must of just slipped under my radar.
I actually have this one, and trial and error is even more “fun” when you can’t even understand what abilities your characters have :) Still, quite adorable game.
1:37, same art style as the old skool hobbit cartoon VHS I had as a kid
Love Cyborg 009! Still need to get the Complete Series on Blu-ray.
As for this game, even though it's not great, it's probably as good of a Cyborg 009 game as could have existed at the time.
Not sure if you've covered this one yet, but there is a Lupin III puzzle/platformer on the SNES worth looking into for curiosity's sake.
Rock on 003
POw
I liked the show and game and liked 😊 a lot of the sfc games like that.
The clothing they wear remind me of the Shazam! character costume.
I bought this at a market stall once, completely there on it's own and at a cheap price. not too bad.
But check out the Lupin III SNES game, that's pretty good!
Very stylish and decent
Reminds me a tiny bit of Shinobi with robots
LOL is this damn near a metroid mania style game? These fucking levels are HUGE.
Nice game
I wonder if the instruction manual or in-game hints provide guidance on who to use where, provided you can read them?
ah toonami those were the days
004 can break through walls. What is he, Chris Jericho?
Someone really needs to get on drawing him as Jericho now.
*005
Did he just say The Slayers?
Fingers crossed their game will get a review one day
It was covered in the Part 5 Super Famicom RPGs video ua-cam.com/video/sGrX1u374_8/v-deo.html
The Anime is very great....^^
This reminds me of gi joe on the nes
Chris jerico was based on 005
I remember liking the MCD one a bit better. Although it lacks the RPG elements, it controls and plays better overall. Played them mainly because I watched the cartoon as a kid.
If you want to see more of unpopular anime/manga games you should check out Mazinger Z on Super Famicom and Mazin Saga on Genesis. They are both underrated gems imo and Super Famicom game really takes me back -
Forgotten games👍👍
Chris Jericho lol
Try the Cyborg 009 Sega CD game. It's only like 45 minutes long but it's a blast to play.
Nice wrestling reference you threw in there. It gave me the idea of asking you if you've ever played WCW Wrestling for the NES? I picked it up nearly 20 years ago at a pawn shop. I knew nothing about it, but I was always a big WCW fan and it was only $5. Unlike those really awful WWF games the console had, WCW Wresting is really good! The wrestler sprites are so well done that you can *immediately* tell who nearly all of the wrestlers are without looking at their names, and both the move sets and grappling system were way ahead of their time. You should review that one sometime.
They made 008 so black he was blue
Is this part of the Astro Boy franchise? The designs seem really similar and the doctor reminds me of the one from the anime.
It's a year old comment but Shotaro Ishinomori, the creator of Cyborg 009, used to work with Osamu Tezuka (Astroboy's creator), hence the similar art style.
I actually have never heard of the anime before this video, so for a while my mind just associate just associated it with this game, which is kinda lame. Then I accidentally came across a clip of the show and was like wow this is actually pretty awesome. Like cyborg 009 doesn't just run a bit faster, he can outrun an atomic bomb lol. Thanks for pointing out these obscure anime licensed games though. I don't think I would have heard of some of these otherwise. Even though this one is kinda mediocre, some of the others you showd, like that Hamelin no Hiki game, looks great
What is ur emulator of choice? To get all of these Super Nintendo games on them?
