Today I do a full comparison for the RK61 vs GK61 vs SK61 to find out which is the best 60% budget mechanical keyboard. I got the rk61 with brown switches, sk61 with gateron optical brown switches and the gk61 with gateron optical red switches. The RK61 is the white keyboard, GK61 is the black keyboard and the SK61 is the grey keyboard. Bruh wdym rk61 is brighter well ifc they will look brighter than the sk61 and gk61 you got rk61 in white and both the sk61 and gk61 in black then duh ofc rk61 will look brighter
Tbh I think that they all use the same PCB so will all be the same brightness

maybe it also depends on the camera hes using so its probably gonna look different

I have sk61 in the panda version that have White keycaps and my brother has white rk61, the brite is the same

thats weird, but i recently got the rk61 and the usb type c connector is on the left side, with gateron red switches (i assume its gateron since it labeled gateron), and is hot-swappable.
Are you sure i also have a rk61 and the usb c connector is at the middle

@@JustinTechTV @Ilias Yea it's an rk61 I bought on the same US Amazon link in the description just recently on April 16. It's a white rk61 and the PID is 8016.

@@JustinTechTV the manufacturer said that amazon sends them randomly so you might get a hot swappable one or a non hot swappable one

The RK61 is hotswapable now there’s an option to have hot swap or not it’s cheaper to not get hot swap though

I have a SK61 with optical red and i lubed them and they sound great!

If 15 dollars is cheap find some pudding I like them but it's only if u enjoy the rgb alot
The hyper x pudding keycaps look great on this keyboard you can see it on a few videos
The gk61 is better than the rk 61, the sk61 is better than gk61 but ill go with the rk61 and heres why: its the cheapest version(in GBP-(from banggood)) it has 18 rgb modes(you can change brighteness, the speed and u can also set it 2 one colour if u dont want the rainbow modes) the rk61 has a good tilt/angle to it however the rk61 isnt hotswapp but i dont mind soldering and other mods so if you want the best for the cheapest ill go rk61 (it has bad and rattle stabz-he said in the vid the rk61 couldnt be lubed but it can...hope this helps with your choice(if your getting rk61 and want more better rgb id go with the white variant. @@thatkidjelil_.7239 there is a newer version called rk61 three mode. It has wired, Bluetooth and 2.4ghz dongle and it is hot swappable.

Should I get the SK61, GK61 or RK61? I'm not sure. What do you think?
i have the Gk61 since 3 years and it's great. Just make sure you want a 60% keyboard because depending the game i play not having my f1-f10 and many things where you need to press FN + key is annoying. 60% keyboard isn't for all use and i bought it to play on a more compact desk.
The rk61 is hotswappable in my country tho so I think it is a good choice for me 🤔

Do any of them have a pinging noise when you press down on the key?
To remove ping put foam in case and lube the switches, I bag lube because it’s a lot easier and saves over 30 minutes of time

@@subzeroplayz1811 improved build quality, slightly heavier, comes with split spacebar module, I think the hot swap got more compatibility I could be wrong. But no Bluetooth, that’s on the gk61xs for 5 dollars more
I thought a gk61x is just a pcb kit?
@@louiez13 if by kit you mean just the pcb board, you can buy it as a full keyboard or just the plate, I just got a gk68xs that came with gateron browns. But if you're talking compatibility, It looked like a plate-mounted switch setup, Google claims itll support cherry mx, gateron, and kailh style switches.
No gk61 can come in better and more keycaps beacause all you gotta do is search up gk61 coral sea or something idk
