i was a bit discouraged trying it for the first time but i thank you for this video , it helped me so much that will continue to try again . about the lines on your print , you just need to clean your computer nozzle .. there should be a set up for that in your printers settings.. thanks again ...

Glad it helped! It seems that it’s just with this type of film/paper that it leaves those lines. Again, glad you found the video helpful thanks so much for watching!

Hey. I believe you may want to change your printer settings. Instead of best quality try using normal print. Normal speed. And and change your paper type to a photo glossy. This will put less ink on your film. And hopefully get rid of the lines.

I heard one UA-camr say that they changed their print density to something like a -1 to get rid of the lines

The shirt turned out fabulous!!! The lines on the shirt. Do a test, clean the heads. Maybe change your settings. Can’t wait for the next one!☺️☺️

Thanks Debbie. Unfortunately my printer doesn’t have many settings. But I’m only experiencing it with the DTF Film.

I love it. I have made a couple of shirts, and what I have learned to not have lines is to set my printer settings to Premium Presentation Paper Matte, but I have a Epson 2800 don't know if that makes a difference. But maybe you can give it a try, hope this helps. ❤

Do you think it’s the DTF Film that caused it? I need to run a regular piece of sub paper through it today and figure it out.
I don’t have all those options on my printer but I’ll certainly check my settings if the paper doesn’t fix it.
      Thanks Debbie!

This is all great and good, but what happens when you wash the shirt? You can't wear a dirty shirt every time. Does the design color fade, rumple or crease?

Yeah… so weird. It’s only happening to me with the DTF film. Not on regular sub paper. Another viewer mentioned changing my printer settings. You might scroll through the comments and see the suggestion. Thanks for watching! I hope you can get it figured out I know it’s frustrating!

After curing the powder, use the scraper tool to scrape the cured powder off of your film. It’ll come up really easy. .
    I hope this helps.

I thought DTF powder was not safe (fumes) and needs to be vented and wear a mask with filters?

Isn’t that fun? Mine didn’t come out as vibrant as yours but I have a different brand of film and powder so who knows if that’s why. Was that on a 100% cotton shirt?
Also! Game changer on heating up the powder with your hand held press!! You can watch it melt so you know when it’s done!!

You can try cleaning your print heads. I have a converted Epson I use for sublimation, and if I go awhile without printing that tends to happen.

When figuring out which side your printer prints on write top on one side bottom on the other put your paper with top side up type a word print. Then you know which way to load your paper.

It looks beautiful 😍 I use this hack a lot for a lot of my shirts. I just love the feel and the way it looks 😊 I usually clean the print head before I do these because the lines always show up so that’s one way (at least for me) that the lines go away. However CrystalAnn goes into depth with this hack and she’s amazing at this. Check her out 😊 Thanks for sharing. Stay blessed love 🥰
