Hi sir, actually notice period mentioned in my offer letter is 60 days…..but some people telling policy has been changed to 90 days recently….now i need to serve 90 days….

As per GDPR rules they have to delete all these personal details from the system after 6 months
Have a situation where i have resigned in the 1st week of march. There was no update on my resignation acceptance from that day. They said the process after i resign is i need submit my laptop and then i will het resignation acceptance mail in 3 -4 days followed by relieving letter after 3 weeks. But Today Lead and HR have arranged a meeting saying i did a mistake in my work and due to this we cant continue the job. The HR says i need to pay some amount to get relieving letter for my 2yrs tenure. Please suggest where i need to complain as this is happening for other employees too. Same situation have happened to a pregnant woman who resigned and then got terminated.

note: severance package is always calculated on basic salary.
There's no such standard calculation for severance packages. It depends on the discretion of the employer.
