Yes even I felt very bad when I actually got to know how much billing they are making out of me when I joined as fresher.
But once project got over and I went on bench then I saw the other side of IT Industry that so many people are in bench and I just averaged the salary of each person. Then I thought company is handling so many things and they are paying salary for not doing anything in Indian IT Industry. But when it comes US industry once project is over your out of organization.
