These two gentlemen are GIANTS! Physical and mental competitive GIANTS, who, I might add, have stimulated the water sacks in my eyes, dammit. I've acquired a lust for biking since early days of Covid, but, for some mysterious reason over the last three months, I've gotten mentally/physically lazy and the best I've done is walking a few miles periodically. I've thought about dedicating this, my last 11 months before hitting 80, and blasting into the 80's in great shape. Trouble is this onset of lethargy or lazy, whatever. Now, these great guys have given me a jolt. Life is flying past, fast, and I've got too much to do yet. Thank you Thank you for this beautiful video. I wish I could make their issues disappear, but knowing I cannot, I will take their special inspiration and just Get Started on my own quest. They will be remembered every day. Thank you, gentlemen.
what we have makes us who we are. We have good days and bad days, like you and everyone else. Glad you have found the motivation from our words and I wish you the best of health, and many more miles be they walking or rolling with a tail wind on your back. Thanks for the lovely comment.
A remarkable story. I still have tears in my eyes. In the crazy times that we live in this video should be required viewing for just about everyone. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible stories.
Wonderful video, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour this year, currently recovering post op, looking forward to getting on the bike soon, riding in my mind for now
Thank you for your video. I’m sitting here in my hospital bed after knee replacement yesterday wondering if I’ll ever ride again. I’m inspired and encouraged by your perseverance. I found you at the right time.❤
I can relate. Mobility diminished due to peripheral neuropathy, but when I get on the bike I can go places I never could with my feet on the ground. Thank you for telling your story.
I thought the same when Dave sent me the final edit. He has done an incredible job pulling our ramblings together. we were also blessed with the weather.
