  • We made a visit to Flatside Pinnacle in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas to try to catch some Fall color. Unfortunately, we were a bit early for that. But the views are still incredible. We also stopped along the way to find Brown Creek Cascade. It was dry that day, but we'll show where to find it. @hikewithmike4673 it's one of my favorite vista views in the state! And a really easy hike (the drive there is way longer, lol). Thanks for watching!

I found flatside Pinnacle by accident. I have been back four times. I hope to go back soon. Last time I explored Ouachita lake, lake Silva and Crystal Vista. I love the fog lifting off the trees in the morning

if your're interested in doing a few videos of Jack Mountain, owned by the Ross Foundation, located south of Hot Springs/ Lake Hamilton on Highways 7 and 128 respectively. i'd be happy to give you the grand tour, with the natural "moonshine" spring, rock gorge and falls, and the mountain top vista. its very similar to ouachita natl forest.
[post edit]. im very knowledgeable of the area. been there countless times.
