Well done Saartje, its brilliant to be able to watch u do each step and copy, im so pleased with my mandala.

I love the colors you chose! Gray, periwinkle, purple (beautiful shade) are just lovely. The pearl white is so soft next to them. Not stark or harsh as a true white would be.

Good afternoon, Saartje. I hope you will see my message. I see the kit is sold out on your site in Lily Pond. I would like to inquire if it is something you will get in soon? I am going to follow your video series on the CAL but I need to source the yarn. Or, do you have recommendations for yardages in worsted weight #4? Thank you.

Or if you are using worsted weight yarn(instead of tiny yarn) a 5mm, 5.25mm, or 5.5mm works to make a throw size instead of a tablecloth

Everything was very clear until you joined the dark purple yarn. Than visibility of your stitches was very difficult and at exactly the same time that the pattern became more complicated! I've frogged and redone rounds 11,12, 13 x2
Now back on round 13 and confused again. Just about to give up!

That's exactly where I'm at right now 😡 I watched these few rows over and over and over and I'm still lost! Everything else this far has been amazing and I am so grateful that a piece this intricate is being explained in a way a beginner can do it, too since I'm still very new. But these ones got me ☠️ lmk what happened with yours!

    • @sarahhussein6369

2 x 100 gram dark purple, 2 x 100 gram silver grey, 2 x 100 gram off white, 1 x 100 gram smokey grey and 1 x 100 gram lavender. Take care that this was done with thread, so if you'd use thicker yarn you'd need more in weight :)
