    Wow... my family's fav tiffin centre. We used to have bajji n vellaiappam weekly once there. They open hotel in 3 pm. Within 2hrs, Vellaiappam will be sold. Kaara chutney without drinking water, will have filter coffee..hmmmm my mouthwatering when thinking this..😊

    In karnataka every temple will make this but with coconut n little tamarind in brahmin households it's very common

    Sir Guntur Gongura pachadi with raw onion and pouring raw oil into rice is real heaven it should be covered with Andhra chutneys

    But nowadays the chillies lack that much flavours as olden days...all chemicals and pesticides spoiled the original taste and flavour

    Chutneys and pachchadis are specialities of Andhras in the entire South India. North India is a different matter , their pickles are just for licking and donot blend well with rice.
