In unilocular total bone is involving and giving unilocular appearance but in multilocular some bone is not involving making it locules why that bone is not involving sir
entire bone is same...but multiple areas of bone destruction merge to give rise unilocular nature...in that process of merging it gives multilocular appearance due to bony septa remaining...as it further progresses that septa also involved
@@msdentallectures7408 but ameloblastoma has its origin from rests of dental lamina and cyst linking of odontogenic epithelium like that but how can we say it is Unicentric sir
What is the difference between lumen and cavity Luminal means lumen is lined by epithelium cyst means cavity lined by epithelium then what is the difference sir
both are same ...but the context of usage is different ...for example lumen is more appropriate to denote internal hollow of a blood vessel or any tubular structures

WHO removed the term "solid and multicystic" in the current classification
yes ...removed...but those are the terms used in every standard textbooks and we shouldn't be surprised if WHO includes those terms again
my name is dr manthru naik ...yes from india
Yes...so that it could not be confused with unicystic ameloblastoma as it has now been replaced by the term conventional ameloblastoma type..
