Nothing can beat the films such as the Carry Ons, these were the days when comedy was comedy unfortunately gone now as are most of the actors and actresses, they knew how to make people laugh.RIP.💔
I love these films my wife says there stupid as i sit there laughing time after time knowing whats coming next reminds me of better and happier days in a nicer world
The Carry On's are a comedy snapshot of British society at the time. Attitudes have changed & unfortunately these films are an easy target for lazy social historians & the PC brigade..
There will always be the critics eh, no matter who. I remember TV 📺 showin the Carry Ons back to back with Elvis movies...Carry On is far, far more entertainin with their plots, charcters,, a few favorite was Carry On Up the Kyber and Carry On Henry
All absolute legends. Kenneth Cope was brilliant in ‘Carry on at your convenience’ , what a great comic actor he is. Look at Anita Harris !! What is she on?? I need some whatever it is. Valerie Leon and Shirley Eaton still look great as well.
It's sad knowing a lot of them actors & actresses have gone now RIP to all. great memories they left us..😉 the great Leslie Phillips "ding dong"...🤣🤣🤣🤣
They won't make films like the carry on and on the buses rising damp not politically correct now and that's a shame...thank you all for the laughs and the memories..

Blimmey I've watched every Carry On movie 🎥 more than 100 times 😂😂😂😂 the sheer talent ever actor gave us THANK YOU FOR MAKING US LAUGH 😂😂😂😂 sadly this should have been done decades before so many have already passed away 🙏🕯️ SID JAMES and JOAN SIMS MY FAVOURITES lovely to see FRANK THORNTON i wish I could have met him great video not long enough Cheers Stephen 🤠✌️
They are all legend to make people laugh. The today artis are only money collecting and they cannot make people laugh. Rest in peace for those who dead and more long life fir those still alive. Love you all.
Took me a few minutes but I realise now that must be Jacki Piper interviewed at the very end there… Going on location to Brighton was what did it and she was in Carry On At Your Convenience back in 1971… My favourite one☺️🥰
@@mediacityavid My brother was ( sort of ) an actor and did some kind of low budget film about a guy who has been shot hi-jacking a black cab by and c Kenneth Cope was the driver, he said he was great.
@@mediacityavid He's been in so many things over so many decades (including being a soap regular), I can only assume that he gels well with any cast he's dropped into. Certainly fitted in well for his two Carry Ons. Thanks for uploading this.
We need a new series of carry ons with a cast of young comedians. Carry on up the death star could be a parody of Star Wars with a campy darth vader chanelling charles hawtry, and carry on trekking could have a randy starfleet captain played by a sid james type
I love the carry on series but wasn’t much of a fan of the early stuff, I think they found more of a groove after the first 4-5 films which suited the film series. I know that many want agree with that but i guess it is what it is .
Leslie Phillips what a legend.
Dined out on one quote all his life!
Ding dong!

Anita Harris never seems to age she is Beautiful.
I have it on good authority that Anita has aged since 2008
Ding dong😇❤️🙏

The best of British comedy
Seen all of these so many times. Brilliant! 😅
Absolutely no way these movies would be made today. Carry on was just brilliant.
That was a wonderful afternoon Ken .. It seems Incredible that took place back in 2008 .. Miss those Events
The entire event is being uploaded. Loads of BTS footage.

It's so sad watching this..all those other carry on stars passed on..😢
Not many of the gang left now , Sid , Kenny, Hattie, Joan and the all the others are now in that big film studio in the sky,,,
Carry On Pearly Gates with almost all of the regulars
At least three of them have since died.
Kenneth Cope is still hanging on with us down here,as of the start of 2024
Even less left today... sad but great memories
Great to see the remainder characters together...They shall Carry On Regardless😂😂😂,,,thanks all who made us laugh back then
What great movies they were I love them all
All of them ? Columbus ?
@@mediacityavid I even liked that one, Maureen Lipman is brilliant in it.
The pulling of the ribbon was a proper carry on moment lmao
Pure talent everyone of them .👍👍👍👍
Thanks for this, release nice to see some of the cast are still with us.
This was the last proper event at Pinewood. I'm glad we did it when the cast were still mobile
Jackie Piper at the end, still looks beautiful
happy days watching all in cinema. where has those happier days gone. we had very little, but we had everything. great video. thank you.

Angela Douglas and Jim Dale are also still amongs us. So is Julian Holloway, all 3 of them played in Khyber and Follow that Camel
Angela was advised not to attend by a malicious fan. She bitterly regretted not celebrating 50 years of the franchise.

That one flopped at the box office but it’s the best in my opinion
Anita hasn't really changed. Still a beautiful lady.
How many in this video are still alive? I think Jim Dale and Angela Douglas are the only surviving lead actors of the series left
I would like to see a carry on with actors who look and act like the original cast they did it in star trek
I wanted Leslie to say Ding Dong
So glad I watched all these “comedies” when comedies were allowed.
Does anyone know the name of the guy wearing the cap? I can't place him???
Kenneth Cope.
@@mediacityavid Oh right ....from Carry on Matron and Carry on at your Convenience. Thank you so much! I was racking my brain trying to place him.

I hear that Carry on camel was filmed 'partly in 'Snowendonia', did they ever
come to Lancashire ,but there probably 'already' there.
Camel was filmed at Camber Sands. Khyber was North Wales
They were underpaid and under appreciated
Actually they were well paid. However, the repeated films never generated an income for the artists.
Anita Harris still looking hot in this clip 😊
It was a cold day

Didn’t see Jim Dale
Jim couldn't travel from the US due to work commitments. He sent an audio message that was played to the guests
