What if we want to scripted rest api create / update incident from production to lower instances do we need to setup integration in production directly or we need to configure in test with production end point and move update set from test to prod
If we want attachment , what attchment we are uploading same thing will be there in target one, for that we can use different method right, Can u suggest me which method i need to go
it will work on update also bro ?? for example if we change the short description it will also update on Target instance record ? for this we need to create PUT or PATCH HTTP method right bro ?

i tried your use case and i successfully implemented and getting result. But my question is i created incident in source instance and same incident is created in target incident with same sys_id. but after i update short description in source instance incident form its not updated in target instance. so after i created patch method and test for that and showing test is ok. but short description is not updated. can i write one more business rule for each method. and one more thing i will give sysid in endpoint also for your information. so please tell me other methods like put patch get and delete for this integration

We need to configure first and use oob rest scripts
can I use GlideRecord and GlideAggregate in integration?

You should be using post only.. but attachment has to be move through base 64 conversion through sys_attachment table
