    Hi Ravi ,In Content Body You Created An Incident First assigning short_description as test ravi and after that the record has been created in 3rd party instance.And You where created another record by dynamic content record as short_description as $details it also created another record in3rd party instance .What is different between these two,if we use hardcore directly we create a new record also if we use dynamic content it also create record then what is the use of dynamic content then ??

      Customer always need dynamic data.. if do harcoding then the data will be same always irrespective of what you add in form

    Hi Ravi, Can you please make a video on how to configure an esc portal and link HR record producers there? So that, once an end user submits a RP via esc portal, a case gets generated. I would love to know more about how taxonomies work.

      Just It converts into string, some time it will create chaos for use like query the record like this and also it will give some type casting error sometimes.

    i have a doubt as a new table created as default 4 CRUD acl are created but what if i add/create a new acl which denies the Write by admin role.... ?? now it is still giving me access to update it how to override this... or i just have to edit only existing record
