Hi Ravi! Many thx for your very useful video! However, I have a prob ... I need to add cameras in HW models. How to proceed? My method was, like you, to create an Excel file with brand, model, SN, tag, IP, etc. But some fields don't exist in SN. How to? Assist is no help. Check mandatory neither. How to force the creation of new fields?
Another prob. Why do I have again and again, whether My application or nothing, even if I chose Global?
Global appears for some time, then disappears. The field is greased and empty, in the table transform map record.
If you could help, it would be nice!

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I have a question: how many fields can we colasce at a time?
You can make more than one or two or three… or all fields as colaese true
Useful info... What is the purpose of choices in target table? i. e. Create, ignore, reject
create: Create a new choice or record in the reference table. ignore: Ignore the new value from the source table. reject: Skip the entire row (record) containing the new value and continue to the next row.
Is it necessary to add fields to the table before transforming an import set with fields that do not exist on the table?
Yes it is for correct mapping
User_id in source field is a predefined function so it is an
User_name in target field
user_name is the backend name of user id field on target

In important set i have one doubt
Suppose i have one excell sheet it has 100 records with different different columns now my question is i don't want to import all the column data i want to avoide some data
My understanding this situation with the help enforce mandatory fields option

Create a column in excel sheet called location and then map it

Thank you. Except Role table.
You can do that on any table
Licence issue will arise.
That means adding a form to the role table list doesn't mean creating a role.
