    Thanks Ravi for the videos, they are helpful. I'm able to fetch the records form the Rest Message API while testing it. But it is not working for the UI actions and Virtual agent option. I have tried to use same steps as urs. Can you please share the link with exact code you used because there were some change made in the code in last section of the videos which I could not understand.

    Can we restrict the chat of virtual agent on portal for example the chat of virtual agent on esc portal should only be on esc portal not on IT portal..,

    heyy hi Ravi, I tried the same steps you mentioned but however when clicking on chatgpt in virtual its giving this message "I'm having technical issues and wont be able to continue this conversation

    Hii Ravi ...its working fine , i jus tried changing the key it started working then , however i wanna know is there anyway we can auto transfer the virtual agent conversation to agent chat after getting few response from virtual agent say 3-4 response?

    Hi Anna,
    I am following your classes in this integrations class first 3 videos are super after e-bonding why you took this virtual agent ?? there is a SOAP method is there in outbound integration you did not start inbound integration and in inbound integration we have Table api,Importset api and scripted rest api You did not cover these all I am waiting anna...Please upload full knowledge videos this half knowledge is very dangerous
