2003 dodge ram 4.7 exhaust comparison,with multiple setups.

Cherry bomb glass pack with stock manifolds,jba shorty headers with the same glass pack and y pipe. Then jba shorty with dual outlet original 40 series flowmaster with a new flowmaster high flow cat. Final setup was a super 10 flowmaster dual outlet. I’m pretty sure all clips it had a cat. I know we temporarily took the cat out because of a meltdown until the new high flow one arrived. Not 100% sure if I have a clip of it or not. These videos are all old clips from 2017-2018. Worked on many of cars and exhaust since then.

This one was a bit when the cat melted down. He got tired of the smell so I put a high flow cat on it and the muffler it had at the time was a 8in cherry bomb which doesn’t muffle much.

What other mods are needed to put on shorty headers to one of these '03s with the 4.7? Been looking at some for mine but I dont know what else is needed. I already have a flowmaster muffler and a cold air intake

Patience,besides that from what I can remember nothing. Maybe some bolts and a donut gasket for each side. They fit to the down pipes like the factory manifolds do.

@trxole3983 I wish I could, but the customer bought those and that was probably five or six years ago.
