Everything looked so tasty! Thanks for taking us along on the foodie tour. "Eat, Eat & RepEat" logo on Rashid's t-shirt 👍👍. Gung Hat Fat Choy , Tim. I hope you have a very happy, healthy & prosperous year of the dragon. Take care & stay safe.❤❤
Bali is such a beautiful island, the people and food is amazing 😉...safe travels and God Bless 😘🤗❤...Gung Hay Fot Choy to you and all your asian viewers 🎉🎉🎉
34:18 hahaha, Tim your comment about appetite coming & gone & coming again made me laugh. I think you were really brave taking a chance on doing this different food tour. (outside ur comfort zone)
It's 3:00 in the morning here and I'm hungry from looking at all the delicious food. Luckily I still had satay ajam at home and a cup of rice (a quick cup that only requires hot water). and ate it with you while watching your video. ❤ my deceased aunt was Indonesian, so I could smell and taste everything you showed. ❤
Two different ways to serve delicious bone marrow 😋 This was an interesting city food tour with all the "hole in the wall" places. Then ending in a great night market. Thanks once again for an awesome video.
Hey Tim. It's been a long time. Recovering from an appendectomy last month. Recovering well. Bali is a garden, and you are correct. Indonesian cuisine really falls down there in terms of popularity and recognition. There are only a very small number here in the Washington, D.C. area. I did find more in my travels to San Francisco for work, and in New York. Several years ago, I had a colleague from Jakarta who was here as a Fulbright Scholar and Humphrey Fellow at the University of Maryland. He located some of the best when we went to New York for a meeting at the U.N., and believe it or not, they were out in the NYC 'burbs. Out around Brooklyn, Long Island, etc. True "mom and pop" settings where there are only a few tables in the front of a family "home". Wonderful experience. Always good to stay connected to your travels. If you ever travel to D.C., there are some AMAZING Indian restaurants, although sadly, the best, THE BEST one with THE BEST buffet closed. Woodlands in the suburbs. A victim of the pandemic.
Oh my, that bone marrow soup looked divine!, it looks so hot and humid, dies anyone anywhere have airconditioning?, you poor thing it must if been uncomfortable but delicious at the same time, the food looks lovely 😋😘**
BROTHER TIM LEE! I am a new fan... I discovered you just recently during the holiday season, 2023. I just didn't notice you had come to Hanoi, Vietnam. Let me know when you get the chance to visit here. I am gonna be your side kick like BROTHER RED in many of your adventures. I am from the Philippines by the way, but have been working in Hanoi for a decade now. I know how to speak enough Vietnamese and I love the local food here. Looking forward to hearing from you.
So much food - so little time. The chicken looked wonderful. I can get a Tamarine soda here, it's out of Mexico. Jarritos brand. It's good. At least this time you knew it was cheese on your dessert. Ha, ha. Hello from less than sunny Oregon.
How can somebody not like bananas??? I’ve never had bone marrow before. That skewer looks so good though. I bet it would be great spread on a toasted baguette 😊
Hi tim I agree a little different video but still enjoy seeing you enjoy food. I do get nervous when you're on that uber bike 😅 nice room for the price
I usually put all the information and addresses in the video description, but these places in Bali were a bit of a challenge. I’ve put the tour company there as well in case that helps 🤞
I'm spending 3 weeks in Bali travelling all over, and I'll definitely be trying to find these hidden gems! That 6 hr chicken looks incredible!!
We are literally stuck inside our homes in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia so this was a nice video to watch with lovely sights and food. Thank you Tim.

The market was a bit of a surprise. Lots of meats and seafood being sold in the hot weather. Really interesting and a bit surprising for sure.
The scenery was beautiful.

It was a lot of food on that tour and still missing the tasty street food. A cup of instant noodles and some satay would be awesome right about now 😋

Hi, Tim Lee
Do,you have anything for Maryland?
What is the place called (and address) where you had the 6 hour slow roasted Balinese chicken?
I usually put all the information and addresses in the video description, but these places in Bali were a bit of a challenge. I’ve put the tour company there as well in case that helps 🤞
