Hello, my ballasts had water damage because of the humidity so i have to clean it with brake spray but I couldn’t find a way to access the back of the circuit card, what do you suggest? Thanks in advance. (Sorry for the english.)
The Bosch part isn't a microcontroller. It'll be a specific device that probably includes both power supply function (for the infineon micro) judging by the heat sink package, but also maybe some logic interface components too (LIN/CAN etc). The HV is generated by a switching boost converter, the switches for which are the 4 vertical TO-220 components on the lhs between the blue film caps. The wire wound inductor and big orange cap are the EMI input filter
So you didn't solve the problem or even find out what the problem is and you made a video which is not really helping anyone, oh sorry it does help you get 7800 views! Well thank you for wasting 5 minutes of my time and also 5 x 7800 = 39000 minutes of overyone's time!
Thank you for your comment. I don't think I alluded out implied anywhere in the description or title that this video contains the repair, it clearly states "disassembly". However I do have a further video where I repair the unit.

Did you find the cause of it? My l322 doing the same, it flickers some times and goes off
Did you resolve same issue myself?
Not really, bought a new headlight and it looks sorted for now.
What kind of screwdriver is that? looks awesome and usefull ;)
It's a little ratchet socket driver. Not sure they have a name but I guess what it Amazon might have something similar
Could have got those screws out in half the time with a real screwdriver....
Is there any lhd/rhd switch?
9:30 Is that the Bosch logo? I had no idea they make microcontrollers.
+Mike Bruschke Yeah, those companies have lots of sub business units, Bosch, Siemens etc.... Lots of automotive, industrial and heavy industry stuff
