Sadly, Branigan Died Of An Undiagnosed Brain Aneurysm In Mid 2004.

Laura was kind, funny and very caring. She was also very shy at times. Like all of us, she faced many trials in her life but found a way to overcome them.She is a wonderful inspiration. You will never find another performer with a bigger HEART! She made the journey to Heaven in 2004. We really miss'ya Darlin' (sooo very much)!!!
An amazing voice...smooth, deep, rich, emotional, satisfying. My mother commented a few months as a Laura Branigan CD was playing in the car..."Just think what the American Idol judges would say if they heard Laura's stunning voice." She's right...and got me thinking it would be fitting to have a Laura Branigan night on the show. What do you think fans...should we promote? Thanks again for this jewel.

My fav. is "Over You" from this album, but it has other nice songs also, like this one :))

Much better than her studio version. Although I love Cher's much more, this is still great. Laura had good emotion. She was a little unpleasant at the end at points though. She was probably nervous.

something don't t add up. ; laura looking after her ma then a dude says Laura found by her neighbor what happened to her big ass family?
I believe she had a caretaker at her home that found her...after she passed away
To criticise means to do sth. better than the criticised person did, and here we have tow completely different styles of singing - a 80's rocking version and a 90's ballad version.... Both of the Ladies did their best but I think, that Cher sounded better in other songs, and songs written actually by Bolton are fitting better Branigan than Cher just because of the emotional way they should be sung in. Cher sung better on her late 90's albums

@Harry Williams cher did a good job singing this song, but Laura's version was just as good or better
