these guys are totally awesome - what can you say. the fine details are what separate these guys from the ones who don't know what they're talking about.

at the end you can go for the mounted triangle if you push his right elbow up and figure 4 it behind his head. that could really work :) or you can swing your left leg over his head whilst trapping his right arm for an armbar. or you can swing your left leg all the way over or back to side mount on his other side. jiu jitsu has SO MANY options, i love it!

i like the americana setup. pretty slick.

Oh wow I love the americana. I tried that armbar a couple times today and didn't even think to go for the americana when it failed.
    That reverse mount surprised me.
By the way, The sound is very hard to hear for those of us who have quiet speakers. I'm not sure how that is fixed, but it would help if you could upload it louder; more happy viewers for you.

Absolutely correct. You are giving up a better mount in my opinion.

I will practice and hopefully flow when I have mastered these techniques.

This is terribly sweet. I'm going to use this on thursday during class. Oh and next month, I'm guessing it'll be a triangle from mount.

@khazal12 Agreed. I think the reason Renner didn't mention it is because he likes to focus on the details of one single technique without confusing people. But yeah, it's right there. I am going to start using this he he he.....

You landed in the S mount why not just use that position? Your way was probably the best but I was just wondering.

Lol, I wish the Gracie Insider would have been around back in the 90's...but then....Rener would have only been 14 or 15.

@ md menchaca360 because he make enough money teaching jiu jitsu and not everyone wants to get punched in the face and possible lose teeth or be blinded by a finger

I was being sarcastic. TKD striking is non existant.
