Really enjoyed the video. Long ago I worked in a metal fab shop, and in the evenings I would go over to the 'sister' shop and load parts in a CNC. Now I wish I'd done more with that! Please do more build videos and everyday processes, as well as explanations of the machinery like this video.
Really enjoyed this. Its nice to see a video showing the orange system. I looked into it but I think it was a bit big for my machine. Looking forward to seeing the speedio.
Do more tooling videos for sure. Orange looks like they are building some really high quality tooling. I wish he made 4" versions of the double vises. I am not sure what you want for repeatability, but those aluminum V Clamp Jaws and Pallets will eventually wear. Gentle pallet switching and cleanliness are going to be super important. Not sure I would like how high off the table that system ends up being, but for small flat parts that will be a huge advantage, reducing Z travel times. The pallets have a large overhang 3" per side? You should consider making some parallels to add support, this will help reduce vibration at the Left / Right edges of the pallet. Chick is some of the most expensive tooling you pay Cadillac price for Chevrolet design and quality.
Great video man! I’m really looking forward to seeing the system in action!

Hahaha!!! I was waiting for someone to comment about that spectacular voice crack. 😂
I never use the carrier set screws. I don't think you really need them on a vertical.
Nice!
