I seriously don't know how single parents do it. I am grateful to have Dejan and the support of our families. My mom was a single mom of 3 and im like....what in the superwoman ?! because I don't think that id be able to pull through so gracefully.

If I had to pick, the best thing we have ever bought baby-related was a city mini stroller. 10 years and two kids later, we still use it whenever we go to Disney. It is indestructible.

When I was pregnant, I watched Desperate Housewives too! Also watched animal rescue videos on YT like all day. 😂. MyFitnessPal premium is THE best thing I’ve done for myself in a while. I admire your strength and enthusiasm as a young mom, I turly cannot understand expecting women who make pregnancy seem so handicapped. Carrying a baby is a beautiful experience. I am aware some woman have a difficult pregnancy ! My hats off to you, continue to stay strong. You are doing an amazing job. And you have a wonderful husband supporting you all the way. Blessing
Thank you! I will say I have a low risk pregnancy and things have gone smoothly - which I am SO grateful for. It is still difficult for me in the sense that I can't workout like I used to and complete certain tasks- which I realize is normal. First trimester was a NIGHTMARE for me but thankfully I pulled through. There are women who go through tough pregnancies and I give my hat off to them. It can truly be difficult for many reasons and I'm grateful for my experience!
I am so happy for you. You have definitely grown to a whole nother level. I am glad you have Dan as a partner to this journey. Being single going through a pregnancy would surely put a damper on things and you would not have the outlook you are experiencing now. Congratulations, future Mommy!!! You Rock BIG TIME. Young lady you are doing great. Keep stretching your pelvic muscles on the ball. Use the ball when you have Braxton-Hicks to see if it helps during contractions. Have at least 5-6 different labor positions/techniques (music, scents, massage, walking, breath work, etc) for labor. Again, practice with your Braxton-Hicks & you’ll have a better idea what helps/works now versus going into labor unprepared. Those squats at the stairs are EVERYTHING! You’re stretching /strengthening your pelvic floor & this aides in labor tremendously. You’re prepping your pelvic muscles & uterus. Water, water, then…more water! Dehydration can cause false labor, UTI’s, tiredness…you don’t want any of those. I’m so proud you’re moving & lifting & keeping your body strong. Not everyone washes baby clothes but, imagine how many hands or surfaces they touch before getting to you? Finally, ignore the “due date”. Only God & baby know the time 🤣. But, really don’t stress over that date. Less than ten percent of babies actually arrive on that day. Just know she will arrive soon. Don’t take diapers, wipes, or a whole crap load of stuff to the hospital…they have ALL of that & send you home with it. A couple of onesies, a going home outfit, a blanket & receiving blanket. Pajamas for you, a few toiletries & most importantly…Dejan’s toothbrush. You’ll thank me as he’s breathing his hot breath into your face yelling “push” 😮💨! Again, you’re doing amazing & baby girl is lucky to have choosen you to call mommy & daddy 🤗😍! Blessings from Texas!

I did! I have become slightly anemic- which my OBGYN caught and now I'm taking iron pills. I also think the stairs and overall exhaustion from being in my third trimester got to me a bit. Overall I am healthy thank goodness
